    Evening all,
Well done losers, and commiserations to any who've gained.

Had WI tonight and amazed with a 3lb loss. Cycled to class too, but it's only just down the road so not a great amount of exercise.

I do think that with it being * week last week it had a lot to do with my gain! but have also tried to keep on plan.

As Beanie always says, I keep plodding.

I lost 1 1/2 lb tonight and am delighted with that :)
I was organised at the weekend and made a free potato salad for a barbecue and took free sausages, lamb and low alcohol Czech beer (1 syn per bottle).
    That made a difference!

I haven't been doing exercise and pleased to see the plan works without it :D

Somehow WI was a 4.5lb loss! Really not sure how I did that well but not complaining, obviously!

Even nicer is my weight now starts with the next stone down.

So many great losses I've had to post them in two hits!:D

Delighted for you all.:T I hope to join you very soon.
Thanks for the heads up on mozzarella lush. Someone mentioned tomato and mozzarella salad with basil. My DH loves that. I'll have to get some in for a nice starter one day. ETA: remembered it was crabapple, do you use any sort of dressing?

Hi Maman. The tomato and mozzarella works best with just a bit of ground black pepper I think. I had some other salad as well and put a bit of fat free dressing on that.

Congratulations to everyone on the losses. It's nice to see not only that you are losing yourself but that so many others are doing well too, because you know it works! And commiserations to anyone who hasn't lost, but try and focus on the overall and not just one bad week.

Had an invite for lunch today (well, to my friend's house but with two small children even that's a rare treat!). So no idea what I will be eating but she and her mum are on SW so I'm pretty sure it will be on plan!

maman 45g as a healthy extra (weight for full fat, no mention of reduced fat on the list i have) was more than enough too - I always have a little drizzle of extra virgin olive oil if I'm having beef tomato and mozzarella :)

i darkened wonder bairn's room last night by fastening a duvet cover to the curtain rail (we have vertical blinds and thin white curtains in there; we are going to buy one of those travel blackout blind to use when we get around to it) and got an extra hours sleep out of her which was much welcomed :) off for her injections today so hoping she is as good this time as she has been the last two appointments!

Also in the end last night I completely forgot about my HeB :(

    today:
breakfast: satsuma, kiwi, melon and a few grapes with a strawberry mullerlight
lunch: HeB wholemeal roll with ham, pink and white wafer (2.5 syn), satsuma - may add my HeA mozzarella to my sandwich
Tea: no idea yet as bf is being awkward, we may eat at his parents as his mum is doing our hairs tonight (just a cut for him but highlights and cut for me - handy having an almost-mother-in-law who will do my hair for free hehe)

    Amazing losses being reported :T

Amazing supper last night - felt as though it was really naughty - Cheesy Chips - SW chips + HexA low fat grated cheese (45g) and then made a garlic dip (thanks consultant for reminding me how useful quark can be). Mind I think DH was a bit heavy handed with the garlic - sure I can still taste it and I cleaned teeth and mouthwashed. Afraid I'll be breathing fumes on dr when I go for 8.30 appt :o

Have been having a fancy for some feta cheese and I notice that its 45g for HexA so will give that a go and I think 8 olives are 1 syn so that would liven up some veggie sticks and dip I think.

    Have a good day everyone

Went way over syns last night so will probably have a gain at WI tomorrow but can't be undone. Just need to low syns today and get back completely on plan again.

    EE again today:

    B - Bacon & mushroom sandwich (HEB)
L - LO KFC drumsticks, salad with FF French style dressing
D - HM sweet & sour chicken (1 syn for sauce), rice; selection of fruit for pud

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
Syns - cornflour in sauce 1 tsp 1 syn; fruit split lolly 3 syns = 4

Will drink sugar free lime cordial during the day 'cos it's already really warm.
