Was trying to quote everyone who lost this week but the computer can't cope lol so just a huge congratulations to everyone who has lost.

went to see How to train your dragon 2 with DS2. Was very good and just had a skinny latte no sweets, popcorn etc even though DS had taken a bag of caramels with him.

    So far meals have been

Breakfast: strawberries, DG coffee (2 syns)

    cinema: Skinny latte

Lunch: baked potato with tuna sweetcorn mixed with 1 tbs mayo (1 syn) and fat free yoghurt.

dinner - planning on pasta and meatballs but will see how I feel as so stuffed from lunch!!

Right off to do some housework.

Well done to all the losers. I had another 1/2 lb GAIN at WI last night. It was consultant who was weighing. She has a voice like a fog horn so not only did EVERYONE hear that, they also heard her ask if I had enjoyed it and was it worth it:mad:

I was so disgusted that I didn't have my usual after WI Turkish Delight! Last night I was all for not going back, this morning I've stubborn head on and telling myself I will do this.

So todays EE plan is -

Breafkast - NAS Ribena, tiny dry brown roll HEXB with bacon medallions.
Lunch - grilled chicken breast with HM potato salad (4 syns for l/f salad cream), peppers, cucumber and tomatoes. Pineapple, nectarines and strawberries.
Dinner - gammon steak with Tilda tomato rice (2/5 syns), mushrooms and onions. Muller Greek Yoghurt (0.5 syn)

Will need to keep syns for using stuff up in freezer and cupboards so very little alcohol on the horizon:eek:

    Away to catch up x

Thanks lush. I just checked the list and you can have 65g of reduced fat mozzarella or 90g of a brand called Galbani light (which they sell in Waitrose would you believe!).

I was working on half a ball of the half-fat mozzarella which is 50g. I'll have more next time :rotfl:To be honest it is plenty when sliced up.

Sorry Jellybaby, mainly about your consultant if they don't give you the opportunity to discuss it quietly if you want to.

    Hey All,

    How goes it?

Well I'm back to work today after a week off. A week fully off plan as well - Chinese, chippy, chocolate, wedding dinners - wine, copious amounts of vodka and gin!

Not good at all but the line is drawn and I am back on plan from yesterday.

Hoping the scales aren't too nasty to me on Thursday - but knowing me it will take a week or two to catch up with me anyway.

Hate going off plan, I was totally in the zone beforehand and it is so hard to get back on it again.

Went to the gym last night and really struggled!

Hope all is good with you all - will try to get a catch up read now !!

I'm glad it goes a long way but what it would mean is that I could have part of a HEB for e.g. milk in tea and the rest in mozzarella.

In my group the person doing the weighing just writes it down and smiles. She might congratulate a good loss but otherwise she waits for you to say something before making sympathetic noises!

I thought so. How about if I don't blitz them?!

Then you can have your 35g HEB (or 2 on Green) and then 4.5 syns for every 25g beyond that.

  • I haven't done SW for years, but I really need to lose weight. I have been reading the website and am going to join again. I am scared though because I am not good with portion sizes and someone told me that you can't eat as much as you want anymore. Is pasta and sauce and savoury rice still free food? I don't eat much processed food but I do like those. Can you only eat at mealtimes now? Is all fruit still free? Sorry for all the questions!
