Consultant Thanks for the new thread.

Some great loses.Well do to you all.
-1.5 lbs last night. Quite surprised as I've had a few "hiccups" the past few days. Every morning after weigh in I'm full of enthusiasm but by the weekend it's all gone :-(. Do other people feel like this?
Started measuring milk again as I do love my tea.Think I was using a bit to much before.Writing everything down. my daughter and I am doing this together so hopefully keeping an eye on eachother.
Off to look at the web site, not as friendly as on here though!

Well done on all the amazing losses last night!

    1.3 lb off today.
Beginning of * week so hoping for a better loss next week. Have to say happy with 1.3lb after my vodka, crisp and chocolate fall off wagon on Thursday. Extra walking must have helped.

Thrilled tonight. Another 2 pounds off which is 4 off my tartget 7, my club 10 and slimmer of the week so very very happy.
Have realised though now i need to set a target!

Hey DundeeDoll, long time since our paths crossed - hope all is well. Well done to you and everyone else on some great losses.

My day today was a bit random to say the least, as now scratching about to find SW friendly choices being at the tail end of my 'normal' shopping week - yay for shopping day tomorrow. I was doing okay for the most part but felt compelled to use up a Spinach and Feta Quiche that's been yelling at me from the fridge all the week - far too many Syns to even try and count but I only had rice and veg for lunch and now not sure whether I should try and squeeze in something for HEB later or leave it as is.

Can someone please advise, if we're well OTT on the Syns, should we still try to have all HEXs?

B - Yoghurt and Mixed Berries
L - Roasted Veg and Brown Rice with 1/2 tspn Pesto
    D - Quiche & Baked Beans
    S - Banana, Apple, Satsuma

    HEA: Milk in Drinks
HEB: ? I'll see how I feel later; I do have some nuts, dried prunes or apricots I could nibble on.

Also the batteries on my kitchen scales have died on me, just when I need them the most. They're those super expense big flat round batteries and I'm not sure where I even go to find them; it might be more economical to buy new scales .

    More good losses today already!:T

maman 45g as a healthy extra (weight for full fat, no mention of reduced fat on the list i have) was more than enough too - I always have a little drizzle of extra virgin olive oil if I'm having beef tomato and mozzarella :)

i darkened wonder bairn's room last night by fastening a duvet cover to the curtain rail (we have vertical blinds and thin white curtains in there; we are going to buy one of those travel blackout blind to use when we get around to it) and got an extra hours sleep out of her which was much welcomed :) off for her injections today so hoping she is as good this time as she has been the last two appointments!

Thanks lush. I just checked the list and you can have 65g of reduced fat mozzarella or 90g of a brand called Galbani light (which they sell in Waitrose would you believe!).

I'm a huge believer in black out blinds for keeping sleep patterns regular. I think I'll get one for my DH as he's been waking up really early this summer!:rotfl:

Do you really mean every morning after WI or just on your weekly WI morning?

I find the enthusiasm/motivation lasts long enough for me to do my meal plan and shop for the week and then I'm pretty good at sticking to my plan at home. My downfall is eating out.:o

kiwi, we once had a stand in consultant who told us that HEXs are just that extras. So not essential. There are other ways of getting calcium etc into your diet. Personally I wouldn't go without regularly but the odd day won't make any difference. Hopefully it'll be easier for you when you've done your weekly shop. I find the best thing is not to buy anything but SW friendly stuff and the 'treats' I buy for DH are biscuits and things I don't like.

    My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
    L: melon, apple, pear
D: SW burger, fried onions, tomatoes, peas, mushrooms
Syns: squirt of HP, squirt of syrup

I could have had more?! wow will definitely be having mozzarella a few times a month now then! Can make myself a pizza and only need to syn the base then :)

Have had 2 ginger nuts with a drink following wonder bairn's injections - not planning much else off plan if I'm honest. Did a naughty mid week weigh I really should learn not to :/ I'll be happy once I'm down in to the 11st bracket as then its only a max of 1st 7lb to go...just 3lbs or so away but my body seems determined to hold on for a while :( really desperate to get back to pre-baby size :/
