The class was ok, bit too noisy for me (I struggle to hear well in noisy places sometimes) and I'm not the most sociable person as I'm shy. But I was made to feel welcome.
day 1 yesterday was good, despite having to have lunch out with my mum. Had a jacket spud with beans.
Can I just check something, my consultant said the SW app had a food diary but it appears to only have a syn checker and to record your syns only?
Hi flutterbyuk25
I have just looked online for you for the food diary .
Hope this is what you mean.

Hi girls & guys,
Just thought i would pop in & say hi :-)
I'm now back to work & dd is 10 months old! Where has the time gone?
I'm probably the heaviest i have ever been but only by 6lbs & for the last 5 months i have stayed at that weight! I have still been going to my local SW group to help, but i havent been following it at all!
As money will be a bit tight from now (i'm the only earner now that hubby is house husband!) i don't think i will be joining up again, but will probably join you lot here x just going to get back into the swing of work & home life first & then i'll start!
I've had a quick browse - good to see some 'old faces' and great to see the new
Will be back soon xxx0 -

Afternoon
Didn't go out last night, so I managed to stay around 12 Syns. Today's menu:
B - Not very hungry so had a banana and some grapes
L - Chicken in a tomato sauce with pasta (home made, Syn free)
D - Salad with salmon fillets and new potatoes.
Snacks: A Muller Fruitopolis yoghurt, fruit
Drinks: Tea, coffee, water (HEX A)
Syns - 2 (yoghurt and salad dressing).
I might have a Hi-Fi bar as a snack later, this will be my HEXB.0 -

I've had a look and can't find the food diary on the app.0 -
:hello: Hi nessie, good to see you posting. I was thinking about you the other day when someone asked about extra HEXs and breastfeeding. I think probably all of us on here don't want to spend any more than necessary on SW. I'm sure you'll fall back into it easily as you know the plan so well.
I've decided on the Szechuan beef for dinner so sorted the marinade. Had thought of going Green as beef portion is small but was stuffing a big slice of ham in mu mouth as I did so.:o It's the Aldi torchon ham and it's yummy!0 -
Well today has gone a bit pear-shaped! Instead of the planned Red day it's turned into another EE one because I forgot I had some sweet chilli chicken noodles leftover which needed to be used up today.
So plan now is:
B - weetabix & milk - HEA & HEB, banana, grapes & strawberries
L - sweet chilli chicken noodles with loads of SFs - 3 syns for sauce
D - pork schnitzel, HM coleslaw - 2.5 syns for breadcrumbs; 1.5 syns for Mayo
Have also synned 100ml of SS milk for teas but not drinking as many as usual today as fancied coffee which I drink black!
Syns - 9.5 planned so far; will also probably have a couple of glasses of wine tonight or some cider so will go over, as I usually do at weekends and will need to pull back next week!

Apparently I still need to get more organised. I was sure I had some mozzarella in the fridge and was really looking forward to my salad. Turns out it was all gone, so I've had to have boiled eggs instead, which was nowhere near as nice:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls
