Morning everyone, hope we all have a lovely weekend!
3lb loss for me this week Annie
Off to Tesco shortly to buy a few bits so I have lots of nice plan food for the weekend. I'm also going to buy loads of nice treats, but not for me. My brother has been in hospital over a week with a badly broken ankle so I'm planning to make him up a kind of hamper of loads of nice stuff to have when he finally can have the pins and plate put in and gets to go home. Keep thinking of all the lovely things I can put in it!
Today's food:
Breakfast - branflakes & milk
Lunch - Sausage, egg, chips and beans (SW chips obv, quorn sausage so a couple of syns, will also have tomato and mushroom)
Tea - pasta with veg sauce
Snacks - apple, yoghurt, alpen lights if I get really hungry!
Thanks to those who mentioned green tea a few pages back, I'd forgotten about it but used to drink it and like it. Got some cheap green tea with lemon and it's lovely! Will mix things up a bit for me, I normally drink 3 coffees or so a day and glasses of water with lemon juice in, plus some vimto if I don't mind the syns and fancy something sweet, so a nice other option.:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Can I join the challenge Annie, when did it start and when does it finish:D I've lost 1/2 this week.
Had a good night last night. Went to our friends up the road and had slimming world curry. Everybody else had lots to drink and I stuck to three Cinzano and diet lemonades which I'd synned :A
I'm determined to get things moving again this week, it's coming off so slow at the moment.
B hex b bread with bacon and a drizzle of brown sauce
L tinned new potatoes with ham and hex a cheese
D is going. To be chicken chow mein out of the fakeaway book
I usually have pink and whites and a bit of dark chocolate for my syns
This morning I shall burn some calories off cleaning. Then the rest of the day I'm working on my little office, my room, box room, no one else's room lol.
Have a good day all xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Yeah Mushy pea curry works! I've lost the 2lb holiday gain. I'm going to have a break from the curry over the weekend (else I'll get sick of it) and will start again next week.
Green Menu:
B: Shreddies with ff honey greek style yoghurt (3syns) Irish cream flavoured coffee with milk.
L: Either noodles or boiled eggs, not sure yet. 2 plums. Tea with milk.J. Pot. with chilli Philadelphia light, salad. Tea with milk.
Syn bank: 65
OH brought cream cakes back from work yesterday and they are crying out to me. I'm hoping the children will eat them by lunch time else I will cave in and have one. I do have plenty of spare syns but not sure they're enough to cover it.
May be going to the ballroom social this evening so I will probably have either a shandy or lime and lemon as a treat but the bar doesn't do diet lemonade so will be lots of syns I expect.
Well done on the interview Mrs RyanWeight loss 0/2st

Hi all,
Great losses!
I'm -1lb this week please - hard won, but if Im truthful, there has been some ice cream, and a burger at a local show last weekend, and a lunch out with a few chips and a buttery sauce.... still in the right direction though even if slower than Id like
On holiday for two weeks now, will be away some of the time, but will be being mindful of sticking to plan as much as I can
