Hi, I used to be on MSE quite a bit but not been on for a while. I'd be really interested in following this thread. I noticed it says at the start about subscribing to it, what do I need to do for that please? I've been at SW for 2 yrs and lost 2 stone quite quickly and I'm now at just over 3.5stone. I'm struggling a bit at the minute as I was in an RTC which has totally removed my appetite. I've been just managing 2 meals a day.

Decided to have salmon fillets, a whoops bargain for a pound in Sainsbos, a baked potato with 2 ELLC triangles in it, carrots and broccoli for tea :) Stop me mindlessly snacking on them.

Deli box and an options for later will leave me on 5.5

Had mushrooms and peppers in frylight with my rice and 3 litres of water so far, so hitting my 7/7/7 today

I did similar and subscribed online ( along time ago) and got enough info to carry on by myself. I know some things do change but I have an excel spreadsheet with Syns of all the things on that I eat on a regular basis and google for anything new. I have got a few books such as Curry Feast in hard copy and others in Kindle versions from:

    Another green day for me
B: Coco pops with milk (5 syns & HEA)
L: pasta & sauce made with milk (free & HEA)
D: Lamb steak with baked potato, boiled egg and salad (lettuce, red onion & orange pepper) with dressing (HEB, free & 4 syns for dressing & a smidge of flora)
Drinks: mango free juice & a cup of tea

Bought a box of kellogs raisin wheats as I left my other box in work, so I will be swapping the coco pops for them over the weekend to save on syns :) I was gonna use them up but I'm not even enjoying eating them so to me they're not worth the syns at the min.

Top Girl May I ask what the 7/7/7 is?

Certainly, it's something I've seen discussed on FB as a boost/kickstart.

For a week, you have 7 portions, the 'five a day' ones of different superfree foods, 7 glasses of water and 7 syns per day.

I've had mushrooms, peppers, kiwi fruit, pineapple, apple, carrots and broccoli, three litres of water and will finish today on 5.5 :)
