    Hi all
    I've been naughty today :o
    I freaked when I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 2lb. I was 2 under target anyway so I had planned a takeaway tonight. However I got an email and I've got an interview on Monday so I had a little takeaway to celebrate.. Doner meat, chips and mayo, a tomato and herb bread roll, a can of coke and a twirl :o oops. Still back on it tomorrow..

    Just been to asda for a click and collect parcel which should have been here at 5pm (9.30 when got it). 3 lovely tunic tops though, could also wear as dress cos I'm a short !!!! :D. :rotfl:

    Food today;

    L - chicken risotto, splash BBQ sauce (1), salad.
    T - mushy pea curry, rice
    HEA - milk

    Hi, I used to be on MSE quite a bit but not been on for a while. I'd be really interested in following this thread. I noticed it says at the start about subscribing to it, what do I need to do for that please? I've been at SW for 2 yrs and lost 2 stone quite quickly and I'm now at just over 3.5stone. I'm struggling a bit at the minute as I was in an RTC which has totally removed my appetite. I've been just managing 2 meals a day.

    Sorry to hear about your accident. I'm sure if you stick around with us you'll soon get your mojo back. If you click on 'thread tools' at the top of the post you'll get a 'subscribe' option.
    Good on you MrsR, sending positive vibes for the interview.
    :T Sal. 2.5 lbs is great!
    My car is back on the road.:D so I got to Aldi this afternoon and stocked up on SFs. We still had the Szechuan beef as planned but reinforced with loads of mushrooms, spring onions and beansprouts as well as the peppers in the recipe. Also snacked on a whole pack of raspberries tonight to keep the SFs up.

    And I had wine syns!;)

    The scales say 1lb off for me today please Annie - I find it quite hard to believe but who am I to argue; that take me down to less than 11st which was my primary aim. :T

    Beyond breakfast of porridge, I'm not sure how the rest of today will pan out, I'll be out for dinner tonight and don't know what is the best strategy - whether to fill up on lunch and hope that it helps me not to over do it later or forgo lunch knowing that dinner will more than make up for it. :rotfl:

    Hope you all have a great weekend.
