I'm four days in and it's going well so far. I don't feel like I'm being deprived at all.
Quick question for the experts....does it matter if I don't have my HEA today? I usually have milk with my breakfast but I didn't get round to it this morning and I don't really feel like drinking milk or eating a lump of cheese now.0 -
I have Green tea and mine is very nice it's called Tick Tock Rooibos Green Tea and I get it from Tesco. It's in a green box.
I drink tick tock Rooibos tea as it is naturally caffeine free, if I drink normal tea I can't sleep. Will give the Rooibos green tea a go when next I go shopping.Weight loss 0/2st

I'm a bit muddled about when we are to post our weight loss on here. I think we said Sundays so should I wait until Sunday to post mine in red? (I lost 1 1/2 lb this week). I think I forgot to do it last Sunday (lost 2 1/2 lb last week).
I love reading all your posts!
It is TOTM for me so I'm eating junk like never before. Cake today. Cake, ice cream AND crisps yesterday (stopped counting the syns).
Oh well. I think Ive decided that my TOTM is going to be my 'off plan' days.
Keep going everyone

Evening all. Hope you're all ok. Just popping my head round the door to say hi, let you know I gained 1.5lb this week, but have had several days on/off plan, so to be expected. Struggling with organising meals, energy levels, and plain being motivated to cook. Also trying hard to curb spending on food, as I'm convinced lots gets wasted.
Anyway, well done mrsr on the target being reached. Congrats to the losers, well done maintainers - even you Beanie! And commiserations gainers, come sit on the lardy bench with me
Promise to try harder over next few days. Birthday for youngest boy next week, and eldest stepson's birthday tea was tonight. Ho hum, it's not every day - just need to say no to cakes at work too, but gee it was scrummy!
Will keep popping in when I can. Keep plodding! XOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Ironically, a 50g white Dietary Specials ciabatta roll counts as a HEB but no mention of brown?? Glad the tum's settled a bit.
Good to see you sary, enjoy the birthdays.
Wow! 5 stone MrsR, that's amazing!!
I went as a visitor to another local group tonight and I'd gained a pound.:(That's over two weeks and when I totted up the meals out I'd had last week, I suppose they caught up with me. I'm going to do a good meal plan tomorrow and then keep plodding. I'm still in range but I'd be much happier a few pounds lighter.0 -
As expected I had a gain of 2lb. Not really been on plan for the last week. Have drawn the line and getting back on it from today.
EE day today:
B - grapes & strawberries - after WI
L - sweet chilli noodles with chicken (3 syns for sweet chilli sauce)
D - HM fish & chips, peas; strawberries for pud
HEA - milk
HEB - Ryvita with garlic & herb soft cheese - didn't have! Used bread to make breadcrumbs for fish instead, so saved 1.5 syns by not having the soft cheese!
Syns: 3 for sweet chilli sauce; fruit split lolly 3; soft cheese 1.5 = 7.5. Syns for Thursday = 6!
Denise
Having a Red day today:
B - Weetabix & milk (HEA1 & HEB1)
L - mushroom omlette; fruit
D - HM pork schnitzel in WM roll (HEB2); HM coleslaw (1.5 syns for LTL mayo)
HEA 2 - milk in tea throughout the day
Syns: mayo 1.5; weekend wine 12?

crabapple, I didn't tell anyone about SW for ages. Then some people started to get genuinely concerned (asking if weightloss was deliberate) so then I started to tell a few close friends and family. Now I tell anyone who asks!
That is a good point, I don't want people thinking I'm ill! Part of the issue is the weight (at the moment) is coming off faster than I thought it would. I have a lot of spare so I've lost over a stone in a month. I'm fully expecting it to slow as I get closer to target but that is still a good way awayI'm a bit muddled about when we are to post our weight loss on here. I think we said Sundays so should I wait until Sunday to post mine in red? (I lost 1 1/2 lb this week). I think I forgot to do it last Sunday (lost 2 1/2 lb last week).
I think - please someone correct me if I've got confused - that the idea is that we can post our WI results as we get them but we need to post again in red on Saturday so Annie can easily see them all and update the chart.
Another very very tired day for me thanks to the baby waking up just after 4 and refusing to go back to sleep until nearly 6 (he'd already woken me up twice for milk). There is very little rubbish in the house (for hubby and toddler who do not need to lose weight!) so at least I can't snack on junk all day. If I even stay awake all day!
Just had my bran flakes, will be tomato and mozzarella salad for lunch and veg sauce with pasta for tea. Hubby made it but it's only about 2 syns a portion as he couldn't cope with cooking it without a packet of beanfeast and normal cooking oil!:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls
