Evening all
Maman, yes mum is usually below her target range- she's already at the lowest healthy weight allowed but the rubbish she eats is shocking! She suffers with a bowel complaint though so she did say it maybe something to do with that. I could safely lose another 4 stone  but I think this seems to be my 'natural' weight now as I keep gravitating back to it. I would actually quite like to lose a bit more but (the weight in the signature is actually inaccurate. I found the documentation from my hysterectomy and my weight pre op was recorded as 19 stone 7 with a BMI of 45 :eek) that means I've lost 5 stone and I'm happy with that. Technically I'm still obese but it would be a very foolish doctor who told me to lose more weight!! It would be nice to be a steady size as I used to me- I was a straight 22 on top and 24 on the bottom before- now on top I'm anything from a 12 (River Island, some New Look and Jack Wills) 14 (New Look, Lipsy, Hollister, Superdry, Pineapple) to a 16 (Primarni) on the top to a 14 (Lipsy, Taking Shape) to a 16 (Dorothy Perkins jeans and Primarni joggers, and some leggings depending on where they're from) to an 18 (Primarni and George at Asda) there's not much now I can buy without trying it first  I bought a lovely dress in the New Look sale today (sale shopping! I love it! Once again something else I previously couldn't do :j it's a size 18 and it's a gorgeous fit. I don't mind though- it has a zip up the back and I can get it on without undoing it!!
So I digress. Today's menu.
B: Frozen mixed fruit with Mullerlight. Frappucino with HEXA milk.
L: Ham and egg salad, litre of water
S: Cheese twist (2 syns)
T: L/o mushy pea curry (1/2 a syn for
the curried beans) Uncle Ben's Mexican Rice with lime (2.5 syns) strawberry Eton Mess- 4 syns (3 for mini meringues and 1 for 2 x Muller Greek yoghurts) NAS cordial
S: steamed mixed veg, pot of apple, melon and grapes
Total syns: 9
Body Magic: 1 hour yoga class, 4.7 miles walked in total today.
I think I have to try to stop being so virtuous and be a little naughty. My home scales suggest I've lost 2lbs which would take me out of target range.. If that's the case I'll have to try and be a bit naughtier next weekI'm trying to be good as I'm away on a four day rugby related trip in just under 2 weeks and there will be much rubbish consumed!

I got twinnings gingerbread green tea in Tesco, think it was £2.49ish for 20 tea bags. I've had 2 cups so far and am not mad keen on it (but I think green tea is just not for me as I've tried the one with lemon as well and don't like it). I needed a couple of splenda in the GB one just to manage it haha. Might try it cold next time.
So today was green

L: HM potato & leek soup & heap of grapes (free & free)2 baked potatoes (smallish) with a bit of butter, cheese, boiled egg and salad with salad cream (free, HEA, free & 6 syns for salad cream & butter)

I am frustrated that I ended up having pizza for tea tonight. I dread to think of the syns. I did put some red onion on it though :rotfl:and I binned what was left rather than take it for lunch tomorrow and ruin another day. Not very :money: to bin but hey ho.
Its been a strange couple of days and I am tired which means I always make bad choices. I shall be glad when the weekend arrives. I am trying to meal plan but its hard when trying to sort through your fridge and freezer and not everything is synfree.0 -
Felicity I am an online member. I like the recipes and you get access to the app that gives you syn values so you could use that on your phone. You could use the website on your phone to of course.
When this 3 month block I have paid for runs out I am not sure if I am going to pay again. I tend to rarely use the app and the main feature on the website I use is the weight loss graph and I could make my own.
I am glad I have had the website so far but 5 months down the line of doing SW I find myself using it less and less. The recipes and syn values I could get from doing internet searches and I cannot justify paying for it just to be able to order cook books.
Got in to a pair of jeans I have had for 3 years that have never fit. I hate trying clothes on in shops so just tend to buy what I think will fit and leave. Still a 24 but they are a small 24, getting in to a size 22 jeans is one of my targets so looks like I am on my way.
