You're right wiz, Original, Fruit Muesli and Honey can be a HEB if you want. I'm assuming tweets wants to know the syns so she can have her HEB for something else.

    My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA tea
L: probably ham and asparagus but may be LOs (again;))
    D: Spaghetti Bolognese
Syns: spread on toast, Parmesan (maybe from HEA if not too much tea today).

I have got my Oats so Simple

    27g sachet original

    And

35.5g sachet Heaps of Fruit banana and strawberry

Sorry for being thick can I have my Oats so Simple for Healthy Extra b instead of putting in my syns ?

I have been having bread or leaving b empty if no bread because I didn't know what I could eat :(

Hope I have lost more than 1/2 lb tomorrow WI at 3pm :)

    Morning all

Thanks Meg72, I'm going to try the chicken tikka masala tonight:D
Bit of a challenge as I have my 5 yr old grandson here for the next three days whilst my daughter is at work.
As it's rainy this morning we've started off by making Batman chocolate cupcakes:eek:. I'm not even going near them. They can go in a box and home with him tonight.
Tomorrow we are going to the movies so planning on taking a bag of the low fat Tesco popcorn and a can of zero calorie orange.
Will also be taking his treats along as well as the cinema is so expensive.
Friday hoping to go for a long walk in the park and burn some calories.
    Food today

Breakfast/lunch. Eggs and beans with my hex b
Dinner, chicken tikka masala from the fakeaways book with rice
Syns will be pink and white Jamie's and a square of dark chocolate with a cup of tea at bedtime.
Have a good day all x

I am joining SW tonight, I'm a little bit anxious but will make myself go! I tried SW a few years ago but head wasn't in right place but it seems to be now. I'm veggie so I presume they are still doing Green days.

Welcome and good luck for tonight, it will be fine!

I'm also veggie. They mostly talk about EE but you can definitely still do Green x

crabapple's absolutely right. I'm sure it'll go fine. I'd tell the consultant you're veggie and make her tell you about Green. Any problems just ask on here.

tweets, yes you can have lots of things instead of bread as your HEB including some cereals. This includes Original, Fruit Muesli or Honey Oats so Simple. The fruit one doesn't count as a HEB as far as I can see but I'd guess about 6.5 syns judging from similar ones. Other HEBs are things like cereal bars and crispbreads but you need to be careful which brands.

Right lush, here goes on your list (I'm taking a short break from ironing so no problem;)):
    • Nesquik is 3 syns per 3 teaspoons
    • Iceland Majestics are 13.5:eek:
    • French Fries are 5 for 22g and 4 for 19g bag
    • Monster Munch are 6 for 25g and 5.5 for 22g
    • Asda 'Cornetto' (that's the chocolate and hazelnut cone is 10.5 syns

    Hi all

not been on as I seem to have lost my dieting mojo. TOTM and it is doing my head in. I am not a big chocolate eater but at the moment I don't seem to be able to get enough of it:mad: Really frustrated as I don't get a regular TOTM with the pill I am on but when I do it's like a triple whammy.

Changed my weigh in day to Wednesday and have now put on another 2lbs so since I started this challenge I have lost a total of 2lbs which is annoying.

Ayway fingers crossed tomorrow is a bit more successful.

Congratulations to all who have lost.

1.5lb off for me this week. Just need 2lb next week for my stone award.
Had a fairly good week but just binged today on whatever naughty stuff I had in house. think I just needed to get craving out of my system.
For somebody who doesn't like fruit and veg much I'm amazed how much I'm managing to sneek into things.
    April £5 a day challenge- £15.05/£150

Hi all ... I was just wondering if anybody is an online member and if so, do you think it is worth it?
I cant get to group but really struggle to find out the syn value of things, or what is and isn't a healthy A / B etc. Is the online directory current and reliable as that is the main reason I would be joining up.

I would love your thoughts ... many thanks.
