Just spotted that Oats so Simple are 4.5 Syns Does that mean that they are not HEX B ? Or are they synned if they are extra to your normal stuff.
I have been having them sometimes for my HEX Bs.0 -
I keep meaning to make stuffed courgettes but it always goes out of my head again!
Folks – I had a Burger King yesterday – no reason other than the people I was with were getting one, I was in a rush and I just thought why not. I am annoyed about it - was so on track. Even more annoyed when I looked up and saw a Whopper with Cheese is 37 syns.
Anyway done now - done and dusted. Back on it. Damage limitation today for wi tomorrow – hopefully I can muster a sts.
Well done Meg & Crab apple!! Meg I sometimes think any sort of change to your usual foods can help you have a bigger loss.
Julie – Let us know if there is anything nice in that book!!

Morning all
Feeling fab this morning. Had a great ride (cycle) into work, three people commented yesterday that I am looking thinner and I resisted a Chinese takeaway last night. I've got a 23km ride coming up at the weekend and then the weekend after that is the Prudential RideLondon. Menu for today:
B - Fruit and 2 Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk (HEXA &
L - Oven baked salmon fillet with oven roasted veg (sweet potato, yellow peppers, red onion and courgettes) with brocolli, peas and fine green beans (this was last night's dinner due to a change of plans)
D - Steak, SW chips and either veg or salad.
Drinks - Tea, coffee and water
Snacks - Fruit.0 -

OMG!!:eek::eek::eek:
That's amazing that just one burger is almost 3 days of syns.:( You could have had a bottle and a half of wine or 9 G&Ts for that. What a waste!!Lioness_Twinkletoes wrote: »Morning all

Good for you, it can take a while for anyone to notice.:)Just spotted that Oats so Simple are 4.5 Syns Does that mean that they are not HEX B ? Or are they synned if they are extra to your normal stuff.

You're right wiz, Original, Fruit Muesli and Honey can be a HEB if you want. I'm assuming tweets wants to know the syns so she can have her HEB for something else.
My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA tea
L: probably ham and asparagus but may be LOs (again;))Spaghetti Bolognese
Syns: spread on toast, Parmesan (maybe from HEA if not too much tea today).0 -
I know Maman - terrible!!!
Total waste! Was good though at the time and since I haven't had a Burger King in well over 15 months I won't worry - but I won't be repeating it anytime soon either!!

Well done Lioness, especially on all that biking!
We were talking about chinese at group last night. We meet in a community centre, right next door is a chinese and a chippie. Not so bad this week but last week the smell coming across the carpark as I left group was very tempting!
I bought some chocolate orange hi-fi bars last night. They are lush! Unfortunately my toddler thought so too and cadged half of it. I guess at least that's fewer syns for me.
Still not made it to Tesco because the baby needed a nap. Much as I love my children they are not making this dieting lark easy!:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

The stuffed courgette last night was really nice, think it was better than expected, probably because of the grated cheese on the top. Didn't cook in thick slices as DH didn't fancy it like that (no idea why), can't see what the difference is myself other than it takes longer to cook when it's just sliced lengthways!
Was going to have another Red day today but have decided against it as no idea what I'll be having for dinner tonight as going to a BBQ; so EE it will be!
B - fruit & yoghurt
L - ham salad sandwich, with 2 Tbs LTL mayo instead of spread - HEB + 1
D - BBQ - hoping that there will be plenty of meat and salad and possibly corn on the cob (will have to syn some butter if there is!)
HEA - milk
Not sure what other syns.

Happy Wednesday all,
Waiting in for the tech to come fit the little black box to my car (for my insurance)...bored but still not got my sewing machine out yet to finish the mat we need for wonder bairn next week on holiday!
Got some bargains on reduced fruit last night and also some lean (less than 5% fat) mince, should have bought a couple more packs of the mince but I need to get rid of three portions of other mince firstalso bought ryvitas, fat free cottage cheese and kingsmill great white so all set for a good few days (bar the birthday cake that needs eating up!)
Think I've managed to get away without a major gain as clothes that were just a little too tight are fitting now despite my indulgent weekend (and cake)
today:
breakfast: 1/2 HeB with scrambled eggs
snack (about to have): banana and satsuma
lunch: 1/2 HeB with cooked chicken, 2 syns for any spread or sauce i add
tea: pasta with dolmio smoked bacon and tomato stir in (7syns!) jubbly 1 syn
drinks: NAS squash, pepsi max, my HeA milk
Am I right in thinking nesquick milkshake powders are 4 syns per serving? (strawberry flavour) and can someone also tell me the syns values of Iceland majestics (belgian choc), ready salted french fries, beef monster munch and asda own brand ice cream cornetto type things?
Tell you what; having my own car and being able to go to the supermarket sans bf is amazing! sounds so sad and is such a little thing but rather enjoyed taking myself and wonder bairn off to get the shop in!************************************
