    Hi have lost 1.5lbs this week making a total of 1st 11lbs since joined on 25th April - despite a week's holiday and more weekends away than I care to think about!!

    Do I have to post this again on Sat for Annie to update lists please - no time to read back atm?

    That's really good going, averaging about 2lbs a week. Well done.:T

    I do recall Annie saying she would like losses posted on Saturday in bold, red if poss.:)

    janie, I checked my book and it took me 5 weeks to lose the last three pounds to target. I faffed about having 0.5 gains and losing them and then had a 3.5lbs loss to crack it finally! I didn't do anything different, just plodded on, but as you want to get there for your holiday then I would try something to speed it up.

    Weighed in today, 3lb off I got my stone and 10-10 and now have only 2.5lbs to go to my target of 10stone.

    I don't usually lose that much so I think cutting down the fruit has helped, but I really think probably down to mushy pea curry and extra toilet time :rotfl:so come on peeps give it a try. get mushing .

    Well the painful tum due to the melon lasted over 2 hours :( wasn't even that big a portion either :mad:.

    Anyway food today;
    B - ReadyBrek, honey (2), coffee
    S - activia, coffee
    L - chicken salad with beetroot, rice noodles & honey/mustard mayo (2)
    (S) melon :cry:
    T - liver, onions, new pots, mushy peas, stock cube gravy, squirt BBQ sauce (1)
    HEA - milk
    HEB - ReadyBrek
    Syns - 5

    Have found a brilliant little shop by the Norfolk gluten free company that sells all sorts of free from stuff ie gluten/wheat free, dairy free etc. They do REAL tiger bread :D, and it's very yummy :p. They also do a rice porridge which I'd like to give a go, my problem is, is it a free food or could I use it as HEB? Any ideas?
    Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Thanks Beanie I was so pleased, just wish I had known of slimming world before, and really really wish I had found this thread before. I calculate that I have spent the last 15 years on this diet and that, being miserable and hungry, losing a stone and putting it back on
