Brilliant news MrsR:T, and good to see you posting again. You've been missed.
Well done to lioness and other losers.:)
Mini Cheddars are 6.5 syns for a 25g bag.
Sorry to hear you're still feeling poorly tie. I'm sure a diary is a great idea. let us know how you get on.
I'm feeling quite slim but as the weather's been so good recently I haven't worn my skinny jeans which always 'tell' me how I'm doing. Probably just deluding myself.0 -

Many congratulations Lush on passing your driving test, Lioness on winning everything and Mrs Ryan on getting to target :T
WI tonight. Worrying because I'm pretty sure yesterday and possibly Sunday I was heavy (more like over) on syns. Going to be really good today and hope I haven't sabotaged myself! If I have at least it will be a kick up the backside not to do that again.
Yesterday did not go to plan because I was out for lunch and had a jacket potato, but it had only a few leaves of lettuce and lots of coleslaw with it (which I didn't know in advance but it was lovely). Then I was going to cook, but while I was dealing with getting the baby to bed hubby put dinner on... jacket potatoes! At least they came with a big salad.
Today I am not even going to look at a potato :rotfl::heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Hi everyone, back from my long weekend which was decidedly non-SW! No idea how many syns I've had over the weekend but suspect I'm over on the week's total already so will be keeping low syn until WI on Thursday am.
Well done Lush on passing your test, they'll be no stopping you now! Well done Mrs R on getting to target.
Having a Red day today as I haven't got much in and can't go shopping today as DH has taken the car (I'm too far from public transport and the shops to do the shopping any other way!)
Got back last night and the garden looks as though it's been taken over by triffids! I'm growning courgettes and butternut squash this year and they have completely taken over the small patch I have to grow veg on! There were a few small courgettes when we went away on Friday and came back to 2 which had grown into marrows!!! plus a couple of normal sized ones which obviously have been picked so they don't become marrows as well but will need to be incorporated into meals in the next few days.
B - bacon & mushroom sandwich (HEB1)
L - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB2)
D - stuffed marrow (see above!); will stuff with a sort of bolognaise type meat sauce so lots of extra veg including onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers. May also have a bit of cheese on the top.
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB1 & 2 - bread
Have some grapes, strawberries & apples to snack on if needed.
Syns - not sure but probably a fruit split lolly this evening - 3
