    :T great loss lauri.
I think I asked you before about your plan as I got confused with your HEXs.

I think your plan is Green (as you've synned some chicken) but if so aren't you short of HEXs so why not do EE? Is it because you're a bit low on SFs?

Saturday I only see HEA milk for your cereal and HEB chicken and Sunday HEA milk and HEB cheese.

Crabapple, IIRC you have extra HEXs due to breastfeeding. You're right that in your situation there isn't a great deal of difference between Green and EE but there will be when you have to stop the extras. Also there isn't the need to be quite so fussy about having a third SFs on Green although personally I think it helps.

    My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA toast
    L: vegetable soup
D: roast lamb, roast potatoes, carrots, cauli, broccoli, cabbage
    Syns: gravy, spread, weekend wine

PLUS DH gave me 2 slices of toast today for breakfast and I'd eaten half the second slice before I woke up enough to realise he'd used a large loaf. So a couple of extras there and the lamb won't be 'all visible fat removed' and I stuffed it so more syns there!

    I'll try harder tomorrow.;)

Got an incredible haul in Asda reductions, only wanted a bit of veg and wanted to try almond breeze milk someone from slimming world told me about, no fat no sugar and only 29 calories for 200ml, so I think counts as free. but I found 400grm packs of Smoked haddock Monkfish and cold loin usually £5.00 a pack all at 50p, prime beef ribeye steak usually 8.00 for 1.oo. Loads of veg packs at 10p. My total came to 12,00 but the proper price would have been an huge 58.70.

I wont call it savings as wouldn't buy at the prices anyway 17.00 a kg for rib eye

There were loads of ready meals for 20p but I don't eat them and felt a bit sad that I didn't know anyone to get them for, it was just 15mins to closing so I think what was left would just be binned.

Some great bargains meg.:T very envious!

I checked and that milk is half a syn for 100 ml compared to 2.5 for SS or 875ml for a HEA. That's for the fresh one. The original version is a bit more synful. Let us know how you get on with it as I'd love to free up some HEA for cheese. I wonder can you cook with it? I'm thinking cheese sauce?

My preparation for a day out nearly went very well. Had food so I didn't need one of their (lovely) paninis.

On a related note, I may have had to look up the syns in a strawberry cornetto :o (9)
