Sorry maybe a bit late now if you have already had your tea, yes you can eat it all as its free food but I wouldn't as it does have a laxative effect on most people.

    Thanks for replying.

I ate half and will have the other half tomorrow.
Don't think I could have eaten it all.

    It was delicious.

I must look at the other recipes.

Just wanted to say Happy Birthday and have a good weekend to topgirl.:A See you back on the bus next week.

And a good weekend to everyone else while I'm at it!:)

I've done my meal plan for the coming week and all ready to do a shop in the morning. I'm really needing to use up some freezer/storecupoard stuff so a few more syns involved than if I was still getting to target but I'll live with that.

Having a quick read before OH gets his act together and we set off on holiday and I saw the post regarding the link to the recipe thread not working so I've amended it. Not sure what happened as it did work originally but hey ho!

Will try to be good while I'm away but no promises ;) See you in about a week :)
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Happy Birthday topgirl have a good one.

Congratulations to all who have lost - well done to those who have STS and commiserations to all who have put on.

Mixed week for me this week. Started of really well then was not well for a couple of days and now there is no filling me and I have eaten the most amazing amount of rubbish. I really don't want to weight myself tomorrow as I know I am going to gain and I really don't want to see my numbers going up:(. I had been contemplating moving my weigh in day as I find half way through the weekend difficult but not sure what to move to. I think I may go for a Wednesday as its a couple of easy days then the weekend then a couple of days to get back on track.

    What do others think?

    Happy birthday Topgirl
    Morning everyone
Some really good losses, well done
I've had a good week so far after my little unexpected gain, feeling even better but still not 100% wish I knew what it was tbh - oh well I'm well otherwise so no need to worry
    Here's to a lovely weekend:beer:
