    Morning, everyone *waves*

Well, I haven't fallen off the wagon but I am walking alongside it! I've kind of given up on losing any weight until the weather breaks, I'm happy to just maintain. I really, really despise hot weather. I haven't slept properly for well over a week, eating random things at random times, constant headache and hay fever. Bleurgh. so I'm just not going to stress about food too. Not that I'm going mad- I'm mostly sticking to plan. But I can't concentrate on doing it 100% and, more importantly for me, exercising, when I feel so relentlessly awful! Work is nuts right now too. Always happens all at once :)

Anyway, moan over! I have a lot to read back through. Hope everyone is doing well :)

I'm still on zero for the challenge, but at least it's not plus :D Hoping for a cold August lol.

All going according to plan here and regardless of any weight loss I am quite enjoying the challenge, being more organised and planning the next days meals in advance. Heading into bit of dangerous territory though, as the weekends are a bit more difficult.

    Today:
    B - Yoghurt & Berries
L - Pasta, Ham, Salad (Teaspoon Mayo & Grainy Mustard)
D - Jamie Oliver Sweet & Sour pork SW Style with extra veggies (no sesame seeds) + egg fried rice (with onion & peas)
    Snacks - Banana, Apple, Satsuma
Syns - 11.5 (Yoghurt, two biscuits, mayo, tinned pineapple)
    HexA - Milk
HexB - ? to be decided
    Mortgage
    Start January 2017: $268,012
    Latest balance $266,734
    Reduction: $1,278.45
  • Hello everybody

I had a fasting cholesterol test done today - as I've been on plan for three weeks I am hoping the numbers are a little lower.

Yemma - I share your hatred of this heat and am longing for autumn!

    Meal plan for today:

B - Oats, yoghurt and fruit
L - Oven baked salmon fillet with oven roasted sweet potatoes, new potatoes and veg
D - Chicken kebabs with rice and veg.

Snacks: Fruit & maybe a Fruitopolis yoghurt

Syns: 4 for half a jar of sweet chilli dipping sauce
1 for half a bag of lime and coriander rice
    0.5 for the yoghurt

    Total: 5.5

Signing out of SW until Monday, not weighing in tomorrow as it's my birthday, which gives me five days to pull this weekend back.

Stayed almost SW today, had the skinny burger and no chips, but I've a friend coming round for a few cold fruit ciders and a bbq tonight and I'm out tomorrow and Sunday and will be off plan, but then the summer of slimming not synning can get into full swing.
