    Hi All,

I have another question - my wife attends a group and follows the Extra Easy plan.

Hopefully, following the plan will result in a weight loss.

However, what happens when the weight loss stops ? (I assume that it will stop at some point as you cannot continuously lose weight).

If this happens before you reach your target weight loss, at this point do you change to a different plan - i.e. eat different foods, or less of the same foods ?

I am just trying to get my head around the concept as I couldn't find this in what I have read (although I may have misunderstood).

Hopefully, following the plan will result in a weight loss.

    If followed it will.

However, what happens when the weight loss stops ? (I assume that it will stop at some point as you cannot continuously lose weight).

It stops when you get to your target, that you set.

If this happens before you reach your target weight loss, at this point do you change to a different plan - i.e. eat different foods, or less of the same foods ?

Some people mix it up and change from Extra Easy and give Original (Red) or the Green plan a go. You can also try Success Express. When this happen to me I reduced my Syns and had no more than 5 per day. If weightloss slows/stops it usually has something to do with Syns that are being eaten but not counted.

The very first posting on this thread has loads of good tips and info on it.

    Hope this helps.

I will look into Success Express.

I understand what you say, however weight loss has to stop at some point - a person cannot lose 1 lb per week forever.

What I meant was, if I want to lose a stone and my weight levels out after half a stone (even though I have more weight to lose), then this is where the Success Express and reducing syns comes in (after firstly ensuring that I am still following the plan correctly) ?

I am probably not explaining this very well, hopefully it makes sense !! .....

    Hi all

internet has been down all week using DD's. We are going shopping tomorrow for holiday clothes.

    B Cereal and sliced fruit

L Not very hungry so banana and Mullerlight

T Planning on Chicken, assorted veg and rice

    snacks Cherries, and other fruit

syns half a finger bread roll which happened to accidently find its way into my mouth.

    total 10

The only thing I have found I really crave is one of the create your own pizza from A's (deep pan of course). Mouth is watering as I speak. Don't even want to think about how many calories there are in one of them.

Will try and be good on my shopping trip.

If your weight stops and you still have weight to lose it will be due to hidden syns, not following plan or just needing to shake things up again.

I understand what you are trying to say but its not something you need to worry about. Your weight loss should not just stop for no reason.

Stick to plan and if you find you have a couple of weeks were you STS - try a few days RED GREEN or SE .

That's a great loss and you too lantanna and anyone else I've missed.

Acc72, I can understand your confusion. I'm convinced SW make it all a bit mysterious deliberately!;) Most people seem to hit a stagnant period at some time or another when the weightloss stalls. Success Express is (very roughly speaking) upping the fruit and veg to two thirds. Some people do it for a couple of days rather than a whole week at a time. Do feel free to ask questions any time.:)

Sorry to hear about the frozen shoulder denise. I had that years ago and physio was what sorted it for me eventually.

I've been out for lunch. It was delicious so I'm not caring about the syns although main may not have been too bad: sea bream on a bed of spicy noodles (ginger, chilli, spring onions & prawns) and pak choi.

Breakfast was totally SW and not sure if I want anything more today.

Definitely back on it tomorrow, need to do my meal plan and shop then I'm hoping for a good week ahead.

Well done on the losses this week so far!

    Checking in :)

    B - half a melon & a mullerlight (free)
L - tuna pasta with lighter than light mayo (free, HEB & 4 syns)
D - Singapore chow mein from Chinese (7/8 syns) will have the other half of the portion tomorrow for lunch as they are big portions.

Drinks - cup of tea and glasses of NAS squash.

Think I might give the mushy pea curry a bash tomorrow for dinner with some boiled rice and chicken

Loving this hot weather but it's bad for SW.
    a) I can't be bothered cooking
    b) I can't be bothered with 20 min drive to shops, so running low on everything SW friendly
    c) I can't be bothered doing an online shop either

Anyway, a rummage around fridge and freezer provided

Breakfast: hexb fruit 'n' fibre, few blueberries & strawberries
Lunch: white roll, mustard, square sausage, Shape 0% pineapple and coconut yogurt
Dinner: McIntosh of Dyce macaroni cheese (originally bought to have on hand for DGS), pickled red cabbage, 1 wee slice toast (3 syns)

Snacks: freddo (6 syns), mini cheddars (6 syns)

Total: 15 syns + sausage & white roll & macaroni :( And I'm still hungry :( which just shows that SW food fills you up better.

I think it's just as well it's meant to be showery tomorrow, so that I can get some proper food shopping done.

Sorry maybe a bit late now if you have already had your tea, yes you can eat it all as its free food but I wouldn't as it does have a laxative effect on most people.
