3.5lb off for me this week - and I am slimmer of the week! :beer:0

Good plan for the holidays and your birthday lush. That way you know you'll get back to it straight after. It's the 's*d it' approach that's so hard t get back from.
Thank you for being so encouraging
I had a lovely weekend with a few treats but a much better day today which surprises me as I had to go to my parents for half the day to pick up some dresses to choose from for my birthday day out
From tomorrow I'm going to try for an awesome week So as to shift 2/3lb in the next 11 days before holiday; having a few womens' issues at the minute which I shouldn't have due to the way I use the pill (due to hellish star weeks for many years) so hoping that's holding a little upif I can get down to 11st anything (even 11st 13lbs) before holiday I will be proud and feel hugely encouraged - my target is 10st 10lb by the time I return to work at the end of September/early October so..in theory do able. Another hold up is not drinking enough fluids i seem to find any excuse not to drink at the moment!
Bf is ill atm and off his food so using it as a way of having fairly SW meals with a few extra syns - e.g tonight I had a couple of southern fried coated chicken strips (3 syn) with SW wedges (my best yet) and cauliflower cheese (4syns worth) rest of syns today in a couple of small ginger nuts and a couple of squares of cheap chocolate
Tomorrow will be fruit and mullerlight for breakfast, salad for tea and probably a sandwich or similar for lunch - syns will go on a couple of small biscuits************************************

Hi all
trying my best to stay on plan - i have a relative staying for a few days who needs feeding up! Ive managed to stay on plan pretty much by not having the puddings, but todays lunch was a scone (though in defence I've not had HEBs for 3 days!). Yesterday went well, but Saturday saw a little cheese...but not too much
Tonight I managed to stay on plan by adding ff fromage frais to my dinner to make a sauce, whilst adding double cream to the other portionlast night I whizzed smoked salmon with the fromage frais and lemon juice - what a lovely pate/spread!
However, any tips - the fat free fromage frais seems to split when its added to make a hot sauce? Is there way to stop this?
I am doing the best I can this week, however I'm guessing I'll be happy with a STS  Im trying not to weigh myself til Saturday
Hope everyone else is doing well
RSW Challenge summer 2014 - lose 10lb - 6/10 :j0 -
outoffunds - glad you've had better news about OH.
lioness - well done on your loss and getting SOW.
lantanna - thanks for the encouraging words. Today I got a pair of size 18 jeans and they fit, so I got rid of all my size 20 (or bigger) clothes. I even got rid of some that I really like and that I could alter to fit, as I don't have time to do it just now. I don't want them hanging around - I am NOT going back there.
Anyway, a much better day today, completely antisocial
Breakfast: hexb toast with a mini tub of Philly lightest (1.5 syns), grapes
Lunch: warm pasta salad, apple
Dinner: leftover chicken chasseur, green beans, peas and cannellini beans
Snack: French Fancy (5 syns - not worth it for something so wee; I'd have been better with 5 Werthers Original sweets!)
Still to have hexa, so I think it'll be 3 mini babybel light and grapes.
Total: 6.5 syns
Tomorrow's WI could be very unpleasant, but I've an antisocial week ahead, so really no excuses not to knuckle down afterwards.
Thanks again, all those of you who've been trying to get me sorted out.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Evening all
Some fab losses out there.
Hugs to those who need them xxx
Well....after my peanut/ wine blow out ( I think I'm giving myself a hard time actually as it was only a few handfuls and a bottle and ive not had syns Sunday or today!)on Saturday I've felt unwell. On/off tummy griping, no appetite. In the past I've suffered with gallstone issues and had my gall bladder removed a few years ago. Tummy pain feels similar and I wonder if the overeating with the peanuts has triggered something or my body after 6 months of healthy eating has said hang on this isn't good for me?
Anyone else had similar issues?0 -

I'd like to join the under 11 stone crew ASAP
Thankfully, not long to go now, hopefully.
Syns for today ended up being 1 on 4 dominion sweets, 1.5 on some parmesan style hard cheese on my bolognese and 2.5 on a mini twister - all thoroughly enjoyed, especially the post-ironing Twister, I was ridiculously warm.
Managed three litres of water as well, on top of two cups of tea and a glass of diet lemonade :T
Tomorrow's plan
B - Bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes
D - SW quiche and salad
T - SW bolognese sauce on a baked potato
HEXA - Milk/cheese
HEXB - Benefit bars
Syns - Probably the same as today
Body magic - exercise DVD if I get up early enough0 -

I'd say 3 or 4 syns max for that.
I think lush's idea of drinking loads, especially water, is really good advice both for weightloss and because it's so hot. You're doing brilliantly topgirl.
Sorry can't help with the fromage frais redsary, I've not used it myself. Sounds as if you're dong a good job balancing meals for your visitor.0
