I'd say 3 or 4 syns max for that.
I think lush's idea of drinking loads, especially water, is really good advice both for weightloss and because it's so hot. You're doing brilliantly topgirl.
Sorry can't help with the fromage frais redsary, I've not used it myself. Sounds as if you're dong a good job balancing meals for your visitor.
Thanks Maman
I do make sure I drink a litre first thing, I only like it chilled so I get a litre bottle from the fridge and carry it round with me as I make breakfast, wash up etc and I seem to drink it automatically.
I've done 2.5 today already, I find it much easier in this weather.
Does anyone know the syns in Byron burgers(chain) please? I'm eating there this weekend and want to know just how much damage it will do...0 -
I had a curry this evening made with Chinese curry sauce concentrate. Anyone know how many Syns it might be? There appears to be no nutrition details on the label...
Not too worried as I had it with a load of oven roasted veg, but it would be nice to know.0 -
Back from WI - another 3lb gone (for good hopefully!!). Also got my 1 stone award :j
I've actually lost 1st and half a pound since starting plan 4 weeks ago which is awesome
I was thinking earlier that my peak weight in adult life was probably around the time I got married and pregnant with my now toddler (was about 8 weeks preg when we got married, oops!) and that was 2 stone heavier than now, so I'm a lot slimmer already than that.:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls
