Good morning everyone, My little slip up made me stay the same. Getting under that elusive 11 stone I don't think is for me. However, my clothes feel slacker ,so I will keep going maybe it will move sometime. At least I am not gaining. Well done all you losers I WILL join you one day.

Crabapple – Woohoo, my waist is my bugbear – or lack of it rather!
Greentiger – just keep clinging on, one day at a time. Just keep reminding yourself why you are doing it – when I struggle I visualise where I want to be - how far I’ve come and think about going back to how I used to be – I find it helps me. I also think about whether or not I want whatever it is I am planning on eating more than losing weight ……..I find this helps me.
Outoffunds – Keep your chin up – one day at a time with it all.
I have a bad case of Mondayitis - not really that hungry today at all. Will hit the gym tonight - it will hopefully perk me up!!

Just thought I would pop in with a quick update.

Good news is DH does not have COPD. They are now treating him for an agressive infection and will repeat tests in 6 weeks to see if his heart has been affected. He was also apparently had an allergic reaction to one of the drugs he is taking which has not helped. If he responds to treatment ok we shouldn't have to cancel our holiday as we are not flying (he moaned about going by ferry when I booked up).

Thank you to everyone for your good wishes.

Lazy day today, first day of the holidays for me and Top Boy finishes tomorrow.

So, no body magic except the school run.

It's my birthday on Saturday so I'm flexi synning on Fri AND Sat this week, so I'm staying bang on plan until then, five syn days ideally. The next time I plan to be off plan is Christmas day. I've a stone and a half to lose and I hope to have that off by then. 4lbs off will take me down to a healthy BMI again.

B - Apple and kiwi fruit

    D - Superfart soup

    T - SW spaghetti bolognese

Syns - None yet, an options later

    HEXA - Milk in tea
    HEXB - Benefit bars

That's a real bummer wiz:mad: and the sausage roll really shouldn't have affected you as you were well under with syns all the rest of the week. Your menus really look fine too so I'm wondering if it's your medication. I know you aren't a veg fan but when you eat the bits you like do you have at least a third? Perhaps try more veg/salad and less fruit due to the sugar? What does your consultant say?

That's good news out of funds. How long before your holiday?

I'm feeling a bit yuk today. My GP says I don't have hay fever but the sore eyes and runny nose have come from somewhere!! I bought some OTC pills this morning so let's see how they do. No improvement yet.:(

This week is going a bit pear shaped. After two off plan meals at the weekend, I'm out at a retirement do tomorrow evening. It's a sit down meal and I can't even remember what I ordered.:o Then I've got lunch out with friends on Friday.I think I'll give this week's WI a miss and see if I can sort it out over two week's instead. That makes it essential that I stay on plan the days that I can.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk
L: ham, runner beans, beetroot, pickled cabbage
D: gammon steaks, Jersey Royals, cauli & broccoli cheese
Syns: cheese sauce, spread on toast

Out of funds glad to hear they have worked out what is wrong with OH and hope he will be better soon.

Topgirl wow so great to have a long term plan like that. I am sure you will make the healthy BMI range soon as your weight losses are great.

Wiz good news that your clothes are feeling slacker. Sometimes even though the scales don't show a loss our body is changing shape for the better.

Maman you sound like you have a busy social week. Hope they have things that you can make good choice from and still enjoy.

crabapple well done on feeling thinner and hope the scales reflect the changes for you.

Right today was not a good start but pulling it back.

Breakfast: teacake and latte (16.5 syns:eek:)
lunch: chicken, bistro salad (lettuce and beetroot), sweetcorn, pickled cabbage, pickled onions, tomatoes and spring onions

    Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognaise

supper: Ryvita (HexB) and cream cheese (HexA)

Have had 1L of water already and starting a second.

Hi Maman, I don't go to a class now so I don't have a consultant.
I think it must be my medication I take about 15 tablets a day. I will have more salads now the weather is good, and like you say cut down on fruits.
