WI tonight. Pretty sure I will have lost, it's just a question of how much so keeping my fingers crossed for a nice one!

I know there's a lot of us with Tuesday WI so good luck to everyone.

Not sure exactly what I'm eating today but probably bran flakes for breakfast, salad for lunch and pasta and veg sauce for tea (after WI!). Snacks will be fruit and yoghurt. It was quite nice yesterday afternoon when I got hungry - I sat down with my toddler for 'snack'! We had yoghurt (her full fat and me 0%) and an alpen light each, sat on the lawn in the sunshine :)

Greentiger - That is the way to go - get them out of the house!!! I had to get rid of some lovely clothes - which is part of my determination to never go back as if I do I'll have to go out and buy all new clothes again! - Not doing it.

My trousers are feeling a bit looser today - really hoping for a lb off on Thursday.

Hit the gym last night in a rage about my ex and pounded that treadmill hard.

I'm hitting the green tea hard this week as well and have a lovely big grapefruit here with me today.

The black dog is lingering again due to my flippin ex. Trying to stay on top of it and not go down again. Thinking positive thoughts and keeping myself busy - only way forward.

Hope you are all well and good luck to those getting weighed today!! xx

b_e_g - I don't think it's just curley wurley's that have got smaller ALL sweets have!

Crabapple - that sounds lovely - I used to love sitting in the garden with my kids when they were younger (they're both grown up with kids of their own now, LOL!) having a picnic - it didn't matter what we were eating even if it was just a biscuit and a cup of squash.

Another EE day for me today (using up quite a few leftovers!)

B - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB); selection of fruit
L - LO sweet chilli prawn noodles 1.5 for sweet chilli sauce
D - Sausage and bean casserole (LO's previously frozen); mash. No need for extra veg as there are plenty in the casserole:T.

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day

Syns: sweet chilli sauce 1.5; SW sausage from butchers 0.5; fruit split lolly 3 = 5

    Hi everyone

Didn't manage on over the weekend due to work on the house. On holiday this week with workmen in and yesterday threw up a couple of fairly big, and expensive to fix, problems. So sticking to the plan is going great as worry and stress kicked in:eek:

WI tonight so possibly even a wee loss even though it's TOTM.

Fruit and salad planned for today. Lantana lets kick this big hairy beastie into touch:D

Have a good day all x

Not doing a bad job here of sticking to the plan, I've settled into a pretty good routine for breakfast and lunch that has kept me pretty satisfied and staved off my usual evening cravings for munchies. Usually I get home from work and just want to stuff food into my face as soon as I got in the door. I've been eating a piece of fruit in the car, so that has helped a lot too.

Having a bit of problem with my 'puter not doing > returns so finding it a bit difficult to post my meal plans.

    B - Yoghurt and Raspberries
L - Tinned salmon with salad and rice (teaspoon mayo)
    D - Jacket potato, Baked Beans & 2 skinny sausages (5 Syns)
Snacks - Banana, Apple & Satsuma

Also had a little bit of leftover Sunday crumble - mostly fruit with thin topping made with half flour & half porridge oats, so I'll count that for the remaining Syns and the HEXB for today.
    :rotfl:

Now all I need to do is sort out what the plan is for tomorrow
    Mortgage
    Start January 2017: $268,012
    Latest balance $266,734
    Reduction: $1,278.45

    Hi all

2lbs weight loss for me today please Annie - not sure what I said I'd try to do!! Will look back on thread and find out. Have looked and I am down for 14lbs off which is right but you must have missed some of the offs - lost 1lb 1st July 1lb 8th July 3lbs 15th July and today 22nd July 2lbs off - so my total is 7lbs off so far - half way there!! Thanks for doing the totals Annie - it must be difficult. Is it easier if we pm you?

Onto my next Body Magic now and loving the Fit Log on the website which is helping to record my walking times and kms

Keep up the good work everyone - isn't it surprising how just a few pounds off makes you feel better especially in this warm weather! My total so far is 1st 9.5lbs since 22 April - I just can't believe it!!!!
    July 16 £95/£200
    Nov 16 £0/£200

Hot here too Maisie. Had a shower earlier and did my hair ready for the 'do' this evening. Mistake, should have left it until later as now I feel all sticky again!

I know this sounds horribly vain but I'm really looking forward to wearing a slim pencil skirt and little camisole tonight. I've lost the weight since I worked with these former colleagues and while I've seen many of them since I know they'll be impressed.;)

As the weather's good, it's far more feasible to buy in plenty of salad. Normally though what I get in is limited (mainly tomatoes, peppers and spring onions which are versatile) as if I don't fancy it, it doesn't keep so that's when I fall back on pickles. I buy:
    • beetroot (fresh and jars)
    • pickled onions (favourite if Sainsbury's pickled shallots)
    • peppers in brine (Lidl or Aldi)
    • pickled red cabbage (bought some this week as usually just for Christmas)
    • cornichons (Lidl's are yummy)
    Any others I've forgotten?

    My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: planning cold ham with LO fried veg and beetroot
    D:????
    Syns: squirt of syrup

I don't remember what I've pre-ordered for tonight. I think fishy but I could be wrong. Definitely off plan and then back on lantanna's SW bus tomorrow!:D
