It's so cold here and have to say my big 'fat' Sunday breakfast never tasted so good as it did today: Grilled Bacon, 2 x Eggs, Tinned Toms, Mushroom, Toast (Hex B) + 2 Syns for Butter

I'll be making SW Lancashire Hotpot for Dinner and using all the rest of my Syns (and some I expect) using up some stewed apples from the freezer with a little bit of crumble on top.

HexA - Milk in tea & coffee
    Mortgage
    Start January 2017: $268,012
    Latest balance $266,734

    I'm in shock...

    Sat morning weigh in..

Can only assume I am a bit dehydrated from a couple of drinks - within syns - last night and star week hit me badly last weekend...

And mushy pea curry all week has helped...

    Annie...

    9 off please

    :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

OK so we're basically ALL on mushy pea curry this week :rotfl:!!!! Lets see how that works for us all.. if our losses are increased :)

    Well done!!!! :T

I had a chocolate brownie tonight. Have been desperate for chocolate for a few days and the Muller Light Cappuccinos just weren't cutting it! I went out for dinner and had two little chinese lamb dumplings and noodle soup, which turned out to be really oily. I have probably gone over my syns (not sure how many these foods would be). The brownie was worth it though and I didn't have any wine to save on syns. :T

Put on 2lb on Friday and it's sent me off the rails. Can't stop eating in an evening :(

Sorry to hear that, but it is only 2lb which is not much in the grand scheme of things.

Can you get/make yourself some SW friendly things to snack on so even if you are eating it's not going to derail you?

Sorry that you have put on 2lb, but it will soon go if you make your right choices. I have evenings when I cant stop eating but if I make sure its free food its OK. and I save my healthy extra cheese and ryvitas for evening.

    Thanks all :D

I suspect some of it was down to it being star week last time I WI but it's still a lovely feeling to see that. Almost back in the 150s :D

Today is a brunch of bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and a few SW chips.

Tea is SW bolognese with HEXA cheese.

Going to cook up a load of speed soup and mushy pea curry tomorrow :D

    I have weeks like this.

I cook extra SW chips, they're okay reheated, in fact they have a certain takeaway texture/flavour.

I also save benefit bars as my HEXB, make mug shots and/or savoury rice, ham, chicken, boiled eggs, mackerel pate with celery and carrots, extra light laughing cow triangles, HEXB bread for a sneaky sandwich, tuna pasta with pickles, coco pops snack bars are a good sweet fix for 4.5 syns if you fancy something chocolatey...

Maman, I'm a Falkirk supporter. In the close season I really miss going to the games, even although we are not the best team in the world. Expect the Unexpected is our unofficial motto. At least the world cup gave a bit of a footie fix. ;)

Gosh I didn't think Falkirk supporters actually existed -:D Only kidding they are our local team, although we don't follow football or go to any games. The only time we go to the ground is to park to go to the new Helix park.

STS for me this week Annie please.

Off to get ingredients for mushy pea curry lol.

    Great start redsary.

greentiger, I think it'd be a shame to drop out of the challenge. I think the way forward when things aren't going well is to draw a line and move on. The consultants use all sorts of analogies like: if you dropped your mobile on the floor you'd pick it up not stamp all over it.;)

Good plan for the holidays and your birthday lush. That way you know you'll get back to it straight after. It's the 's*d it' approach that's so hard t get back from.
