I just inhaled 6 syns worth of kettle chips! Well worth it though as I haven't had crisps for over 3 weeks. Might use a couple of syns for my dinner but well within limits.
Congrats on the weigh-ins all, especially TopGirl, that's an awesome loss!:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

Wow! amazing loss Top Girl!
I didn't have such a good evening last night (a chocolate bar, ice cream and a freddo) and today has been tough - pretty much off plan but have had my HEs which is a small plus
Reporting a loss of 1lb this week which is much more than I deserve and I will see if that's just a fluke on the scales when I double check it at my parents on Monday. If it's right I have 1st 9lb left to lose to get to the bottom end of my target - I think I've been stressing about it for weeks now so next week I am just going to enjoy my birthday and then enjoy a nice meal and a drink to celebrate passing my driving test (a week on Monday/fingers crossed!) then on holiday I will stay as on plan as possible but top any naughtiness with a week of swimming, playing, exploring and general family time
In general I am feeling more positive though and get paid next Friday so will be able to make sure we have lots of fresh fruits etc in again************************************

Annie, Wow - hasn't everyone (else) done well. Thanks for keeping us up to date.
Maman, I'm a Falkirk supporter. In the close season I really miss going to the games, even although we are not the best team in the world. Expect the Unexpected is our unofficial motto. At least the world cup gave a bit of a footie fix.
Top Girl - Amazing! Fantastic! Brilliant! Are you sure you're not claiming some of my weight loss? It would explain a lot to this wee tiger, lol
Maisie, when I'm having a bad week I'm always longing for WI to come round to get the week over and done with.
Anyway, here are today's syns.
Breakfast/Lunch: white roll with butter and square sausage (brought from the bakery by my son, cos he was bringing for himself and didn't want me to miss out)
Dinner: peppered steak with mushroom sauce, sugar snap peas (so far, so good) and McCain's spicy wedges - sorry - and a pear
Snacks: rhubarb bar (6 syns), choc digestive (3 syns)
As a result I have both hexa and hexb left - what a cheek!
Tomorrow we have friends for afternoon tea and dinner. 'Nuff said.
I think I may be withdrawing from the challenge on Tuesday as I've not got my SW head on straight right nowSewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
