Afternoon everyone
Well, I did make an amazing homous yesterday which along with some veggies was very nice but.... I did have a few crisps and quite a few peanuts and several glasses of wine about a bottle tbh
I was really shocked how full I felt at the end of the evening, it was really uncomfortable
This morning I've not eaten yet, not because I over indulged but because I'm still so uncomfortable I'm not hungry, I have had several bottles of water though
I will have a banana in a bit with some yogurt and hopefully a walk later will put me right
I'm just cooking a SW quiche for the weeks lunches and a big batch of Greek lamb with orzo pasta for dinners ( my fav from all in one cookbook)
Ok so here is the chart, please don't shout if I've missed you off or got it wrong, it's not the easiest of things to do as you scan through for red posts and miss what people have been saying so I'm sorry I don't reply much about individual comments
Mummy Roy can you let me have your goal and total loss/ gain please as I have a mummy of 2 on chart but I'm not sure it's you tbh
Please let me know if everything is right/ wrong and I'll change it today
I'm off to Brugge on the 30th so I will ask for all losses to be posted for that week on the Sunday 3rd Aug, hope that's ok

shame on you, maisie! I don't even live in falkirk - not even the council area! Oh, and I've not managed to the Helix yet, despite passing by regularly lol.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400

maman, thanks for your encouraging words.
With a gain last week and I'm heading for another this week, I may find it just too disheartening to continue on the challenge. I'll see how Tuesday goes. Whatever happens, on challenge or not, I'll still be here and still be trying to get back on track.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Afternoon all, hope you are all having a great optimising weekend!
I'm feeling hot, tired and irritable. Roll on autumn. Stayed on plan though, yesterday I had less than I would have liked to eat, due to a dinner disaster (not a great cook). Today has been like this:
B - Scrambled eggs x 2, lean bacon, mushrooms and 2 slices brown bread (HEX B + 5 Syns)
L - Fruit (had breakfast late)
D - Pot roasted beef, with roast pots done in Fry light, four different types of veg and gravy
Drinks - Tea, coffee, water and 125ml of red wine.

Hi all
Really sorry I have not been on forum lately trying to catch up with everyone.
DH has been seriously ill and I have just not felt up to posting. Have stayed on plan and been losing each week even if only 1lb. He is getting some test results tomorrow so will know more about the prognosis.
Think we will have to cancel our 2nd honeymoon we have booked for the end of August (been married 35 years this year). His health comes first.
menu
B Cereal & sliced fruit hexa & hexbk
L Chicken salad
D Steak, mushrooms, lots of veg & rice
Snacks fruit and a mullerlite

Thanks Beanie, I will keep plodding. Just not today lol. Not even going to say what I had for afternoon tea or for dessert.
Breakfast: kippers, tomatoes, yogurt & banana
Lunch: scrambled egg & smoked salmon
Dinner: chicken chasseur, mustard mash, green beans and peas
All that was SW syn free near enough. It's a pity about the rest of the treats I succumbed to.
See you all tomorrow.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400
