Can you believe we have lost a total of 70.6lbs so far since beginning of July! AMAZING LOSSES
    Well done ladies
    I'll post chart on Sunday

Having friends over tomorrow night and want to do some low/ free syn snacks
Do you lovely ladies have any ideas?
    Happy Friday everyone

Woo who 70lbs total loss that's great going, I love to picture losses in terms of say 1/2lb packs of butter, so that's 140 packs of fat GONE.

Annie - sweet chilli prawns & noodles is lovely - it's a couple of syns for the sweet chilli sauce. Just cook the noodles, drain and cool (break up into small pieces before cooking), stir through chopped salady bits (cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, peppers etc), chopped red chilli or chilli flakes. Add prawns & sweet chilli sauce (2 syns per Tbs).

HM dips with crudities are easy and free.

Top Girl - well done of the huge loss this week!

    Having an EE day today:

    B - bacon & mushroom roll - HEB
L - not sure at the moment but probably ham salad
D - mixed bean goulash with either rice or mash

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day

    Syns - wine this evening

I'm off to a tea party this afternoon. It's for a three year old's birthday. There'll definitely be cake but I'm hoping there's something healthy I can have. I've had Shreddies and strawberries for breakfast and will report back later how the rest of the day goes.
