Good job tazzy and meg on the new clothes. I know what you mean about jeans stretching tazzy, I had the same problem and got some new ones yesterday in tesco. Reduced to £8 on the label but scanned at £5! And even better despite being a size I haven't worn in many years they fit quite well (bit of a muffin top but I've had a lot worse!).

Both my kids were up in the night, for a long time, screaming. It was awful. I think I finally got some sleep about 1.30am then the baby was up again wanting feeding at 3. Gonna be a tough day sticking to plan when I'm so tired all I want is chocolate. Good thing there's none in the house really ;)

    Meg72 - Well done on the haul!!! :0 )

I love it when you get some clothes bargains!

Well some how I had 2 lbs off last night. My body is a mystery to me at times!

I am determined never to go under that 6 stone loss.

Gym tonight - had a cheeky chicken madras from asda last night - figured it was better than a takeaway!

Apart from the usual weekend booze going to be totally on it this week.

Went to Asda to get a microwave bit of a struggle to get on the bus with it on top of shopping trolly but managed in the end. I would have had one delivered but wanted it quickly.

I think my regular downfall the past couple of weeks has been I have planned everything but then wanted more to eat/snacks and haven't left myself any appealing options also, planning that rigidly reeally isn't matching up with our current hecktick/super busy lifestyles so my new track is not to plan too far in advance and to work out my options as I go allowing a bit of leeway in case something unexpected pops up :)

    So far today:
breakfast; 2 weetabix (heb) plus milk (majority of hea)
lunch: left over rogan josh (4syn) plus mini malteaster bunny (3syn) and mini daim piece (2.5syn)

very light on SF so far so going to have melon, satsuma and kiwi a little later

for tea we have planned baked chicken with brown rice, veggies (for me) and a veg sauce we make (5.5syn) which will take me up to my 15 :)

Last night i ended up having a magnum copy (Iceland copy) but had had less syns than i expected at the carvery.

Bf still isnt 100% so isn't going to camp after all this weekend (mixed feelings about that I quite like my time home alone when hes away for a few days haha) but it means Sunday I will do a turkey dinner (to use up a turkey joint in the freezer) and saturday I'm thinking cottage pie or savoury mince
