Thing is, that's what I want! I wish I could lose the weight (which I'm doing for me and my kids) and it never be noticed. Am I weird?!
!
This is not odd!!! I feel your pain!!
I wish my weightloss could have been anonymous at times. Sometimes it seems like it is all people want to speak about and I mean everybody - friends, relatives and the staff in my local shops. Sometimes I think that they forget that there is a person still there with a personality.
I hate the clapping and so in class. If you have a quiet word with your consultant and explain that you aren't comfortable with it / don't enjoy it - maybe she could tone it down a bit??
When I was bigger I just went with it lol and probably didn't feel as self conscious - now I'm smaller I feel like there is more of me on display or something and the bad bits are more obvious. Lol It can all be a bit of a head melt at times!!0 -

Meg72, I think your idea is a good one and would help especially as I've broken up from school now and have a lot of things planned. I will be out of routine and would hate to let anyone down
Could we please all put losses on Saturday, I'll update chart and then post on Sunday, I hope everyone agrees with this
