Thing is, that's what I want! I wish I could lose the weight (which I'm doing for me and my kids) and it never be noticed. Am I weird?!

    !

This is not odd!!! I feel your pain!!

I wish my weightloss could have been anonymous at times. Sometimes it seems like it is all people want to speak about and I mean everybody - friends, relatives and the staff in my local shops. Sometimes I think that they forget that there is a person still there with a personality.

I hate the clapping and so in class. If you have a quiet word with your consultant and explain that you aren't comfortable with it / don't enjoy it - maybe she could tone it down a bit??

When I was bigger I just went with it lol and probably didn't feel as self conscious - now I'm smaller I feel like there is more of me on display or something and the bad bits are more obvious. Lol It can all be a bit of a head melt at times!!

    Afternoon all,

I did used to post regularly but real life kind of took over. Anyway hoping to pop in every day from now on. I've lost 15 pounds since may so in about 12 wks which I'm very pleased with. I lost the first half a stone on my own. Anyway down to 12st 7.5 and feeling so much better about the way I feel and look. Just half off this week which is fine as it's Totm and I am always bloated.

    Today's menu

Breakfast. 2 weetabix with skimmed milk
Lunch chicken salad with a few strawberries
Dinner fish, new potatoes and salad.
Treats tonight will be strawberries with meringue and a tiny scoop each of frozen yoghurt and sorbet. 7 spins but delish.

joe Denise can I ask how you make the sweet souffl! omelette
    Tia

    Have a great day x

    Good evening everyone
    Hi to newbies/lurkers
    Another great raft of losses:j
Feeling better today, not 100%, but better
Meg72, I think your idea is a good one and would help especially as I've broken up from school now and have a lot of things planned. I will be out of routine and would hate to let anyone down
Could we please all put losses on Saturday, I'll update chart and then post on Sunday, I hope everyone agrees with this
