Sorry been MIA for a couple of days. Life just takes over. I need 10 days in a week and 36 hours in a day and I would have time to fit everything in.

I have caught up with the thread, to much to comment on but welcome to the newbies and well done on the losses everyone.

weight in day for me 2.2lbs loss Very happy with that indeed.

Wore a next top that was a 22 today. Last time I bought it was in preparation of going down to a 22 and when I tried it on it was slightly too tight. Had it on today for the first and its too lose!

Needed a smart top for an interview tomorrow and bought a size 20 from next and it fits! So since I started I have gone from a 24/26 on top to a 20! Only gone down from a 26 to a 24 trousers though. Lost weight on my legs but the belly is proving stubborn!

    EE day for me today.

Breakfast - 2 x wheatabix, skimmed milk, watermelon, activa 0 fat yoghurt
Lunch - piri piri chicken, salad, peppers, jacket potato. Scoop of frozen yogurt.
Tea - veg omelette, baked beans, beetroot. Active 0 fat yoghurt.

Syns - piri piri sauce 2, onion ring 3, frozen yoghurt 5. Total 10.

    Hea - not enough milk
    Heb - 2 x wheatabix

Am totally amazed by our class parents, they clubbed together and got teacher & 2. TAs £75 (each) worth of John Lewis vouchers. really very touched, they are :A

Oh that's really rotten luck hope your back gets better soon.

What a lovely idea by the parents my DD is a teacher and always
receives really lovely gifts that sadly she cannot use, chocolates,
toiletries etc that she then has to find a home for, what she really loves to receive is just a handmade card from her kids.

D - Tesco spicy rice with chicken (not sure of syns, but hopefully it's not massive since rice is free and chicken is HEB)

Hi Lauri, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if that's the Piri Piri chicken & rice ready meal it's 7 syns.:( I suppose it must have oil in it.

Hello and welcome to Smartcat04 and Lauri254 and welcome back to Julie67. It's lovely to see so many newbies (and returners) at this time of year when many people leave all thoughts of healthy eating till the end of the school holidays ;)

Crabapple, if you ask your Consultant to miss you out when they do the happy-clappy bit she will.....your group isn't about making you feel uncomfortable.

I got my stone award yesterday and have decided that another stone will be my target this time. My age is beginning to show in a bit of a scraggy neck, which is so ugly, but I need to lose a little more as I'm between sizes and it's annoying when clothes from some shops fit and some don't. Why on earth women's clothing isn't sized in inches like men's I'll never understand.

I'm on holiday next week so it'll be a bit of a struggle sticking to plan, but I'm determined....I don't want to bang half my loss back on in a week
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

    HUGE congratulations to the losers!

    Thursday's menu:

L - Left over SW Beef Ragu pasta bake (I made this for dinner last night and it was delicious)
D - Salmon fillet and veg.

I may well have a Hi-Fi bar (salted caramel) as a snack this evening. That will be my HEXB.

    Good Luck to beanielou

Went shopping yesterday and got new bras (same band but two cups down from F to D!!!) Boyses had a sale so treated myself and chucked the old bras out.

From a size 20 top am now 16 or 14 depending on style. Trousers were a tight 20 (probs should have been nearly 22) and now most size 18 ones fit. I am throwing out clothes as soon as they get loose and then making use of sales and market stalls to get ones a size down.

By the time a couple of my size 18 trousers fit me I should be down to size 16 in other makes of them.

So far have lost nearly two and a half stone since March by following SW on my own and getting the magazines as I found organised weigh ins used to stress me and send me to food.

I hope to lose four stone by DDs wedding next Feb but according to BMI should be five stone down - sigh. At least am about five pounds from getting to overweight rather than obese which is something.

    Hugs to all.
