Not away this weekend so going to have a Green day (EE is much easier when we're away for some reason!):
B - SW fry up (bacon - HEB)
L - cheese & cucumber roll (roll - HEB; cheese HEA)
D - aubergine, spinach & mixed bean curry with rice
HEA2 - milk in tea
Have plenty of fruit to snack on - plums; donut peaches; pineapple; bananas
Syns: more weekend wine!

Morning all
I love the weekend! Nice leisurely start, listening to a bit of Beethoven (Ooooh, get me!). We have very little food in and have to go shopping so not sure of today's menu yet. It'll involve some salad I think and I am going to my local Waitrose so will probably pick up some gorgeous bits from there.
I can report that the SW chicken tikka masala was HORRIBLE. Really nasty, wish I hadn't bothered. As a result I had no dinner yesterday..well, apart from my husband's left overs (fillet steak, new pots fried in oil and butter and mushrooms). God, it was incredible to eat fatty food. So, need to be good for the rest of the weekend.
Have a good one all.
ETA: Making savoury muffins this weekend with bacon and leek - I think they are going to be around 5 Syns each, if anyone wants the recipe let me know and I'll post it0 -
-1lb which puts me on -6 for the challenge.
Two more to go and I've hit mini targetwhilst definitely engaging in some flexi synning
I think the key for me is lots of super free and super speed most of the time to mask the odd slip up as I know they really work for me.
Today
B - Bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes. I really need to start mixing my breakfasts up.
D - The last of the unfrozen mushy pea curry
T- HM burgers, chips, salad
BM - some garden work and general pottering.
HEXA - Milk
HEXB - Unsure
Syns - A hot chocolate later, not sure about the rest yet, see what I fancy through the day.
Let's have a good weekend all :j0 -
Hi all
not been on much as DH was away for a few days with work and had a lot of running around with the boys.
Felling Meh today as TOTM came last night and have been up a lot in the night with stomach cramps etc. Hits me a bit bad as only get TOTM every 3-4 months due to pill I am and when it comes it's yuk. DH tried to let me have a lie in but I couldn't get back to sleep.
Food shopping today so loads of veg to undo the bar of chocolate I have been eating each night when I came in from work!! Mind you at least I now know why I wanted it
Annie 1lb loss for me this week please.0 -
Well done to the losers :T
A full 40g bag of haggis crisps was consumed last night (so much for weighing out 25g) & one glass of red wine so hopefully not too many syns. I'm unofficially banking them over the week anyway so should be ok.
Today will be green:
B - Branflakes (HEB1), banana, greek yoghurt (3.5 syns)
L - loaded potato skins (HEA1 for cheese) with salad, fresh pineapple
D - HM veggie pasta, grated cheese (HEA2), pitta (HEB2) & salad
More haggis crisps & wine for syns tonight
The post about chocolate porridge reminded me about chocolate Weetabix. I used to have these as a HEB (+ 1 or 2 syns, I can' remember??). I have a feeling SW changed that though. Shame, as I used to like having them occasionally.'A watched potato will never chit'...0 -

You can still have 1.5 choc Weetabix as a HEB, so I would have 2 and add a few extra syns as you did before. You can also have 30g Weetabix crispy mini chocolate chip from a 350g pack or 30g Weetabix chocolate spoonsize as a HEBOfficially debt free :j0
