Thanks topgirl. I started my last can of Frylight this week (always stock up when I find some reduced) so perfect timing. Am I the only one that keeps the old one and pours out the bits that won't spraY
I saw the squirty bit off with a serrated knife, scrape it out into a jar/Tupperware pot and use a pastry brush to very lightly dab it across baking trays etc :rotfl::money:0 -

It's great fun going through them to see what's starting to fit again. The ones that are too big now go in a charity bag and the ones that fit again go back in the wardrobe. I usually leave one item out that isn't quite a fit and take that as my next 'to get into' goal.
My final goal is a pair of pink jeans by Gloria Vanderbilt. I've always loved them.
Oh you are the same as me. I have a load of clothes in the attic all bagged in those 'sucky' bags and have different sizes from a 16-10 there. When I brought the 18's down I had great fun going through them and seeing what fitted (and throwing stuff out that I knew I would never wear again - in fact some of it I wasn't even sure why I had bought it in the first place:rotfl:).
To my great shame I also found quite a few bits that I had bought and not worn (still had tags on) as I couldn't be bothered/too embarressed to take them back and admit they were too small!!:(0 -

Top Girl - that's a good tip about using a pastry brush to use up the last of the Frylight - at the moment I do what Maman does and take off the lid a pour some into the pan.
Having a Red day today:
B - bacon & mushroom omlette
L - gammon ham salad
D - butcher's burger (0.5 syn); WM roll (HEB1) and jacket potato (HEB2)
HEA will be milk as usual. Probably won't use 2nd HEA.
Syns today will probably just be weekend wine and maybe some popcorn!

Blimey, this thread is busy and hard to keep up with! Thanks for all the recipe ideas! I have been branching out a bit since starting SW and getting more creative with dinners because my old standards are not as nice when you can't break them up with chips and takeaways!
We've got stuff in the house which is not SW friendly, mostly snacks for the toddler which is fine because I won't touch them, but also things in the freezer from before. I'm tempted to just chuck them out because I don't want to eat them and could do with the space for nice things! Won't be a huge amount although my mum helpfully gave us some stuff when she was defrosting her freezer to get a new one and some of it is packed with syns. She did also give us stuff like frozen veg so that's fine.
I had bad meals Tuesday night after WI and on Wednesday and I'm bothered about it still and worried I've sabotaged my week. Still got a few days to be good though! Yesterday lunch was lovely - found a place that did jacket pots and had one with an undressed salad and ratatouille (?sp) on top
We're sorting stuff up into the loft today, mostly clothes that the kids have grown out of but I'm also going to sort out my clothes and get rid of some of the bigger stuff to the charity bin. BM will be housework:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls

ThanksI always use if for SW quiche as I find that no matter how much I squirt, it tends to leave a residue and needs a serious scrubbing!

Morning all,
top girl I really hate the smell of the buttery fry light, it tastes fine though so don't be out off.
I buy the tesco popcorn, sounds very similar to the Sainsbugs ones.
I'm struggling with ToTm at the moment. Sticking to plan but think I'm heading towards the big Mas only 3 weeks since my last visit. Sorry if too much info but I crave rubbish at this time and can do without it coming more often. Any tips on handling this anyone
Anyway, sneakily jumped on the scale this morning and I'm almost into the next stone. Can't wait to be 11 something:T
Out at my daughters for tea so hope its SW friendly
B weetabix
L chicken salad
Snack Mullerlight Cappercino yumm( have you heard they are bringing out an after eight flavour, mmm syn free
