Baby pink. Very soft to the touch. I'm salivating just thinking about wearing them again. :D

Back from my weekend away. I was bad, vodka, burger king, cheese cake, hard boiled sweets!

Weigh in was yesterday 0.2lb gain, which I can live with.

Welcome all newbies and well done to all losers. I had too many pages to catch up with to mention everyone by name.

After my weekend of being naughty I am back on SW 100% - start my new job the end of October so that is my focus point at the moment. Currently can squeeze myself in size 20 tops from some shops. Really would like to be down to a 16 by then. Bought a lovely top in a 16 from next to spur me on. Trousers still hovering between big 22s and small 24s!

Breakfast - banana, hard boiled egg, coffee
Lunch - chicken, cous cous with veg, salad
tea - turkey mince spag bol, with veg in sauce and broccoli, activa 0 fat yoghurt

    Syns - chocolate 6

    Snacks - 2 x lcl triangles, 1 x alpen light bar, watermelon

Hea - milk in cuppas, 2 x lcl triangles
    heb - 1 x alpen light bar

    Hi all
When I first started I was given 20 syns- my starting weight was 16 stone 10 and my original target would have meant that I had 4 stone 3 to lose although I had to call target sooner obviously. I don't think I ever purposely used them though- I stuck to 15 initially then dropped to 10. I did try dropping to 7 but it wasn't working so I went back to 10. I do sometimes use the 15 but other days I struggle to get any!
Been to Norwich today- had a lovely day. Didn't realise how much walking it entailed though- I've had really painful legs for a few days and even more so now! I have blisters on my feet and blisters on my hands from my crutches! I've been very good food wise though and I'm just thinking of the body magic..!!
    Today's menu:
B: frozen mixed fruit, Mullerlight, banana, pint of NAS cordial
L: pasta with HEXA Laughing cow blue cheese, BM tikka chunks, 2 Alpen light HEXB, Diet Coke
Snack: Boots Shapers Moroccan chicken salad (2.5 syns) diet pepsi
T: Lamb rogan josh (6.5 syns) boiled rice, bottle of water, apple, 2 red cherry Fruitopolis (1 syn)
    Syns: 9
Body Magic: 6.7 miles walked in total
    Hope everyone's ok x

Had a lovely visit with my friends (past work colleagues). It did involve cake (gluten & wheat free) which was bought specially for me so would have been rude to refuse :p.

    So food was;
    B - ReadyBrek, honey (2), coffee
    L - curry & pasta, coffee
    S - cake (17.5 )
T - mash, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, cheese, oil, tom sauce (1)
    HEA - milk/cheese
    HEB - ReadyBrek/oil
    Syns - 20.5 :o

Over syns, oh well line drawn :p

Thanks for this TopGirl. I'm doing my food shop at Sainsbugs in the morning and will be on the look out for the popcorn. Will stock up on frylight too ;)

Thanks topgirl. I started my last can of Frylight this week (always stock up when I find some reduced) so perfect timing. Am I the only one that keeps the old one and pours out the bits that won't spray?

    Great!!!:T

How kind of your friends to get in cake specially for you tie. I'm out with ex-colleagues tomorrow too so will probably have an off-plan lunch but then looks like plain sailing to next WI.

Oh my, what a lot of chat today! It's great to have so much company.

    Well done losers.

Mrs R – Glad you enjoyed Norwich despite all the blisters. I've only been once before - and that was in 1969!!!!! I did like it too.

Shala – I’m joining you on the sausage & mash bandwagon, along with Mildredd's gravy

And plmbl's cream soda rice. I've not used the vanillla yogurt in it before – that sounds tasty.

Consider your bottom kicked, Saver-upper, but you seem to be doing ok without it.

Well, there must be a lot of positive vibes out there. I had a better day today, the way the "using up stuff" menu worked out.

Breakfast: half grapefruit, wholemeal toast & jam
Lunch: HM tomato and basil soup (a few syns there because I used pesto)
Dinner: SW lamb rogan josh, rice, pear
    Snacks: 2 choc digestive biscs

    Happy with that.

    See you all tomorrow.
