Just tried hot porridge oats with a Mullerlight cherry yogurt stirred through. The yogurt cools it down nicely. Absolutely delicious. This is definitely my new goto breakfast now the weather's cooling down.Start weight 13st10 (on 06/07/14) - 1st Goal 11st9 (by 14/12/14 - 23 weeks)

I had stopped buying mullerlights as find them expensive
but got some 6 for 1.25 in Heron. Also find with the stronger flavoured ones especially black cherry I can mix a pot with a pot of fatfree natural yoghurt and its really nice.Slimming World at target0 -
Afternoon all
Coming to the end of the week - yey! Looking forward to a short working week next week. Shopping tomorrow so food is getting short in my house.
B - Fruit and Fruitopolis yoghurt
L - Ham salad - no egg :-(
D - SW chicken tikka masalla with rice
I didn't have my cereal this morning so will have it this afternoon if I get hungry (Sultana bran with HEX A milk).
Snacks - Fruit and possibly a Hi-Fi bar (I need to find a source for these now that I've left group and gone online).
The usual drinks.0 -

Thankfully Holland and Barratt sell the nasty Scan Bran as I need these for my innards. I also have left group.0 -

I have been to 2 different groups where I was told the mens and womens allowance is the same (15 syns)
I also have a man in my group that gets 25 syns per dayOfficially debt free :j0 -
Morning lovelies.
In the zone again today, had breakfast and washed up, just finishing a brew.
Lots of busy things to do round the house and a venture out to town today should cover the body magic!
B - Bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans
D - Superfart soup
T - Mushy pea curry, rice, chips
HEXA Milk
HEXB - Alpens
Syns - Popcorn and an options before bed (5), extra milk if needed.
Ugh, I'm trying to cut down on bread, but lovelies, I've scrubbed every window, skirting board and floor in this house, then vacuumed the rest so moved all the furniture! Then I did the supermarket shop, carried loads back and I was starving, so I knocked up a quick tuna mayonnaise sandwich (2 syns extra light mayo, switched HEXB to bread).
It was so good though.
Any tips for quashing bread cravings please?0 -

One of my favourite breakfasts on cold mornings is chocolate porridge with banana
I use 35g plain porridge oats (HEB), either a sachet of Cadbury low fat hot choc or 11g from a large container (2 syns) mix hot choc powder into oats, I usually stir in some milk from HEA and some water, microwave on full power for 2 minutes, if it is too thick I just add some more water. Slice a banana on top and enjoyOfficially debt free :j0 -
Today has been an odd day. Breakfast was wheat free museli with milk from allowance. Two apples and banana as snacks the no lunch until 3.30 when I had herring in tomato sauce from Aldi with gluten free bread. No idea of sins yet. Dinner will be poached eggs, beans and SW chips. It doesn't feel as though I have had enough fruit and vegetables today.
I have also lost another two pounds so must be doing something right.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527
