Morning
Happy to report that the Diet Cola chicken recipe was delicious. We had it with a pouch of rice (half each), cabbage, peas and brocolli. I can post the receipe for anyone that wants it, or it can be found on the SW website.
Menu for today:
B - Fruit and yoghurt with a back up B breakfast of sultana bran if hungry mid morning.
L - Honey roasted salmon flakes with salad
D - Not sure - probably another salad or maybe beans/egg on toast. Bored of cooking so need an easy meal
Snacks - Fruit.
Drinks - Tea, coffee and water.
I am conscious that I've not been having my HEX B recently so will have a Hi-Fi bar this evening if I don't have my back up B breakfast.0 -
 I wouldn't be allowed that combination in our house.. was it windy round by you yesterday?
:rotfl:
I'm pretty sure it's why I'm not feeling the cold :rotfl:
The joys of having a non live in bloke.
Morning all!
Slightly later get up for me, just trying to get in the routine for the dreaded return to work.
B - Bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, 2 WW sausages.
D - Mushy pea curry and leftover rice.
T - Salmon fillet, using up whatever veg is in the fridge before supermarket tomorrow.
BM - Trip to shopping centre (couple of miles, on foot) to return trousers bought in haste at the weekend. On a size 12 hanger. Are a size 6. All the pea curry in the world wouldn't get me THERE :rotfl:

Morning all, just caught up after a few days internet playing up, just loving all the news and positive vibes on here.
Weather is cold wet and horrible this morning and NO Morrisons voucher, aww well means I can stay in the warm anyway. Got a batch of soup and a rice pudding on. The rice pudding is lovely but I am still trying to tweak it to get a skin on it, no luck yet.
Realised last night that I don't have any winter clothes as I cleared out all the fat ones and only replaced with summer bits yet so must get to the charity shops next week.
Well done to all some great losses and awards, keep it up lovelies we are all gonna be slinky for Christmas.Slimming World at target0 -
Well done to the losers :T
Thanks for confirming the rosemary & red onion sausages are still free, lantanna, enjoyed them last night
Another green menu today:
B - branflakes (HEB1), raspberries, blueberries, greek yoghurt (3.5 syns)
L - lentil & veg soup, baked potato, cottage cheese, salad, cheese cubes (HEA1)
D - mushy pea curry, basmati rice, green beans, wholemeal pitta (HEB2)
My version of mushy pea curry will be the leftover baked beans from yesterday (half a tin) & 2 tins of mushy peas along with the onion, mushroom & curry powder ~ easing myself into the baked bean/mushy pea combination slowly!! :rotfl:
Does anyone know the syn value of Mackies Haggis & Cracked Black Pepper crisps, please?? DH is bringing some home this weekend (not sure if large packet or individuals). Thank you'A watched potato will never chit'...0 -
Morning all,
Another one with Internet problems , another 1.5 off this week so that takes me to my Goal 10:T
I'm pleased with that. I'm almost in the 11's as well, hopefully next week. First time since my youngest was born 18 years ago:eek:
I've already had my weetabix this morning and planning on tackling my sons pit of a bedroom whilst he's away at the Leeds festival. I know I shouldn't do it, but I can't stand it any longer and I've run out glasses and plates.
Well done to all the loses.

Soft boiled eggs & beans on HEB toast is one of my favourite easy meals, especially with HEA cheese grated on top. Yum :drool:I've already had my weetabix this morning and planning on tackling my sons pit of a bedroom whilst he's away at the Leeds festival. :rotfl::rotfl: My DDs are exactly the same!! My youngest usually has a collection of glasses/cups balanced on her headboard.'A watched potato will never chit'...0 -
My heads back in the game as well (well I'm making it be)!!
I have no winter clothes either and need to start stock piling items for work. Can't do anything until next month though shopping wise. Gonna have another clear out this weekend -list some things on Ebay and get rid.
Off work tomorrow and Monday can't wait and the housework seriously seriously needs tackling.
Did an hours cardio in the gym last night - might go again tonight. Can't believe its Thursday and dreading weigh in again tonight. Hopefully no more than 2 lbs on. I have been very very bad after all !!0 -

A tip I was given was to drain mince into sieve and then pour boiling water over, removes a suprising amount of extra fat.
I like to make gravy with a stockpot, free, and then thicken with a tin of mushy peas.Slimming World at target0
