Hi there, just caught up with the last 10 pages!
Congratulations to all the losers/WOTY :j
I haven't been feeling my best but still stuck to SW. Started going for walks again (finally!)
Got to the library today to find that it was closed so I had to walk straight back home but it all adds up to BM.
Today (EE):
B: apple, banana, hifi lite (half of HEB), water.
L: cheese on toast, salad. (HEA, second half of HEB)jacket potato with beans, sweetcorn and LO chicken and veg curry.
Snacks: carrot sticks with SW houmous, Crispy Fries from Ald1 (3.5!), 1 softmint (1), Pepsi Max..... And the three squares of Thorntons caramel millionaires shortbread that I saw at midnight last night and couldn't resist- 10.5 syns in total. As it was almost midnight, I counted it towards today's syns. Is that ok?
Total syns: 15
Not going to pig out at night again, I've felt quite down todayneed some motivation.
Oh and I lost 3.5lb at WI on Monday! That's 11 lb in two weeks of doing SW. I'm aiming for 3+ lb this week to get my 1 stone award and club 10!
Sorry for rambling on and on..0 -
maman~you are at least still in target!!!
I hope to get back there before my sons 21st.
There I have said it now.
Thanks beanie. How long to the birthday? How much to lose?Smashed it.
Speed soup, mushy pea curry, an hour actual BM walking to two supermarkets and a library and back, plus bustling about here.
6 syns.
Head is back in the game now :j
I want two stone off by Christmas
WOW!!!! Go girl!!!:)
Cold here too. Sat watching TV wrapped in fleecy blanket. I will not put heating on in August!!!

Thank youI just need to charge at it now. Sick of one step forward and two back.
It's not cold here, I keep reading FB wondering what's going on.0 -
Thank you for all the lovely welcomes & advice on Aldi
maman- yes I hope to go to group each week. Though it does depend on finances. May buy a countdown.
beanielou- I love it too!
I currently shop at Asda or Tesco although now am doing a budget over haul, will be going to other shops. We have a lidl, Farmfoods, Icelands. Aldi is a short drive, & I order my meat from the butcher. We also have a market in our town, that I have yet to check.
Any good foods from the above shops? I find I am too busy to look around properly (have 3 children) and Im not comfortable in large supermarkets. erhaps the others will be ok though as they arent so wide on choice, which will be great for me (supermarkets make me nervous  )
All your meals sound fab by the way0 -
Thanks beanie. How long to the birthday? How much to lose?
A month or so.
5 lbs.
I need to really just focus for just a couple of weeks.
Which seems to be easier said than done.
I need the boost of getting back down into the next stone.
Need to keep plodding!!
WOW!!!! Go girl!!!:)
From me too.

Oh, I forgot. A couple of people have now commented on my weight loss (still really uncomfortable with anyone noticing!).
Well, I assume that the phrase "you're looking well" translates as "you're not as fat as when I saw you last" :rotfl::heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls
