Morning everyone
Wow, some fab losses, awards, new bmi!! Fantastic!! :T
maman, I have a combi microwave/oven & I love it. Our 'big' oven is old & takes an age to heat up, whereas the combi is so quick to heat up & definitely saves on electricity. I use it pretty much every day.
shala, hope you enjoy your loaded potato skinsWhat will you be loading them with??
Welcome RedCola. I shop at Ald1, & do mostly green days to keep the costs down.
Another green day today:
B - branflakes (HEB1), raspberries, blueberries, greek yoghurt (3.5 syns)
L - HM lentil & veg soup, baked potato with cottage cheese & salad & cubes of cheese (HEA1)
D - 2 Linda McCartney rosemary & red onion sausages*, boiled new potatoes, baked beans & either a wholemeal pitta or 2 pieces of small granary bread (I class these as HEB even though they're not) so that I can have a baked bean sandwich  Will have some grated cheese on top as well (HEA2)
*can someone please confirm that the rosemary & red onion sausages are still free?? Thank you'A watched potato will never chit'...0 -
Can someone please tell me if Nutri Grain granola slices are allowed. If so, what it the syn value thanks.0

Small nagging voices in my head saying 'sod it' were quickly banished from my head this morning and I've filled them with renewed enthusiasm.
Still annoyed at not losing, I'm the same weight now that I was on the 29th July! I know I had a holiday gain but still!
So this week I'm going to eat more, I've felt quite hungry this last week, not hungry but not not hugely full and feeling hungrier than normal a while after a meal. I have walked a lot this last week and I will be walking more this week so maybe I'm just using up more calories.
Last night was the first time I came home from a weigh in and had something naughty ( Danish pastry) but in hindsight I'd not had dinner due to food share at class which was good but I didn't have much, I'd had no syns and no HexB, so I'm not really upset about it.
Right here's my menu for my EE day
B - eggs, cold gammon, tomatoes
L - salad, ham, rice, fruit and yog
D - SW aromatic chicken, lots of veg
Snacks -fruit
Hexa - milk
HexB - hifi bar
Syns -chocolate
Happy Wednesday everyone

Hi all
Haven't had time to read back yet but well done to everyone who has lost or maintained and hugs for gainers.
Been away for the last 4 days and wasn't too strict with myself - weighed this morning and have STS so am happy with that, especially as I ate 3 cakes yesterday! However I know that won't go on immediately so am on minimum syns and mushy pea curry for the next week!My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Annie I weigh 2lb more now than I did in April
Granted since April I've had major surgery, recovery period, 4 weeks off plans due to holidays, messed around a bit it is disheartening BUT I'm still holding on with a fingernail because I don't want to regain it all back plus extra??
I feel better for eating sw way than I do when I just eat mindlessly?
Sooner I join the gym the better I think I need to focus on something outside of my normal life
Lantanna - cheese what sort of cheese?!
If your posting food pron then I need good descriptions please?Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Hi everyone,
I've been away (as you can see) and now I have 1st 10lb to lose.
We've been having some feeding troubles with wonder bairn; she has always been rather sicky and the midwife/health visitor kept saying she'd just grow out of it...well she hasn't and its become very hard (7day holiday and 8 loads of laundry all of which were just hers! not to mention the countless carpet scrubbings! So we've got a new milk to try and it seems better so far!
All of this has thrown me slightly but i'm ready to get back on it and the cooler weather will definitely help as i always find it easier to be inspired by food! And I've even got bf to agree to try a few new dishes (chicken en croute, chicken with a ham and cheese crust etc) and he now understands how important meal planning is going to be once I'm back at workNow to just find some low syn oven chips (for when only chips will do)
Feeling re-invigorated (again) and my favouriote friend in Newcastle has just re-joined her group after a very tough year (such a shame as she won a few awards for her massive losses which she has regained but she is in a fabulous place now mentally and has a wedding to prepare for!) so hoping she will keep me on track!
Breakfasts are currently HeB weetabix with a sliced banana and sliced strawberries with milk from my HeA
Lunches are going to become one of the following choices:
cous cous with cooked meats (allowing 2 syn)
jacket potato plus free toppings, maybe some cheese from HeA too
pasta salad
soup
All very easy for whilst at home but equally easily done once back to work and pretty much low syn/syn free
Evening meals; here is where I plan to use my syns. All the usual suspects in our house:
Cottage pie
chicken and rice (synned veg sauce)
spag bol
lasagne
savoury mince (synned due to how we make the one we like with Heinz minestrone soup!)
chicken wrapped in bacon
roasts (beef and gammon primarily as we have chicken so frequently during the week)
casseroles etc
Will ask my lovely friend to check a list of syns for me which I can then print off instead of always asking then forgetting them so having to ask again!
And off we go;
Today:
Breakfast: as above - 175ml SS milk from HeA (75ml remaining)
Snack: pack of monster munch (5?) peppermint tea
lunch: jacket potato with tuna and baked beans
Snack: homemade flapjack 1" square - no idea on syns but we'll say 5 for the tiny mouthful
Tea: bf is back in training from today so possibly a pasta dish - smokey bacon and sun dried tomato stir in in the cupboard which is 7syns (i think a half pot, its one of the dolmio stir ins)
so likely to be slightly over on syns but I think a fair start to getting back on track************************************
