    Fantastic losses all of you!!!:T:T:T:T

Change of plan here for supper tonight. Didn't allow myself enough time to cook hotpot so had fish instead. Tried Birdseye Inspiration. Was free and OK but will stick to plain fish in future, herby sauce masked flavour. All eaten with a mass of SF roasted veg and new potatoes. Feeling very virtuous.:)

I certainly did Shala and I look just like that :rotfl:. I also got flowers, a certificate and a fab word picture in a frame which consists of my name and lovely words like 'inspirational', 'courageous' and 'Woman of the Year'. I'm chuffed to bits Xx

Well done !! I never got a word picture :wall: lol :rotfl:

mrs Ryan I love crab cakes - that's exactly what I would have went for.

I had a binge last night - on cheese!! Think I am just so tired and hungry this week.

Done & back on it. Come too far to go back.

Off work Friday and Monday to do nothing but rest and clean the house. I need a little break. Might make some lentil soup or something to keep me going and back on plan.

    Morning all

Nothing to say that's not already been said - huge congratulations to the losers and hang in there to the stayed the samers.

    Menu for today:

B - Fruit and yoghurt with a possible second breakfast of sultana bran - depends on how hungry I get later

L - Beef ragu pasta bake (left overs). I was very proud that I squeezed in six different vegetables into this meal

D - Not sure. I've got chicken fillets out but am not sure what to do with them. Don't really want pasta again as I'm having it for lunch. Anyone got any ideas?

Snacks - Fruit and maybe a Hi-Fi bar (HEX B). HEX A in tea and coffee.

Body Magic - Took the dog for an hour's walk this morning and cycled to/from work.

EDIT: Have decided to try the Diet Coke chicken recipe - will have with vegetables and rice.
