Well, I said I'd be back today! This thread is gathering pace and it's hard to keep up.

What a lot of losers, well done all. Special congrats to plmbl, that's amazing. Hard work rewarded.

Well, much to my astonishment, I stayed the same again. I don't know how. It gave me a lift anyway. I'm working to a tight budget this week, so using what I've got and buying as little as possible. Things won't all be strictly SW.

Breakfast: French toast with strawberries and maple syrup (1 syn)
Lunch: hm lentil soup (used a ham hough as using meat for evening meal, so there would be syns there), Shape 0%fat mango yogurt.
Dinner: pasta stirred through with ham from hough, tomatoes, broccoli, cheese and butter (def used syns there, lol), half a slice of banana loaf - oops!

Then everything went pear shaped (hangs head in shame). We went to football match and I had a Mars bar. They're much smaller than I remember - and much sweeter. Didn't stop me eating it, though. When we got home I discovered a hot dog sausage all alone in the pot, so I ate that - while I was waiting for kettle to boil for the tea (no milk or sugar needed) to have with the coffee bun (spread with butter). Oh dear, not a good start.

I am 1 lb off breaking through the 13st barrier and I need to get my SW head on or I'll never make it :(
