I certainly did Shala and I look just like that :rotfl:. I also got flowers, a certificate and a fab word picture in a frame which consists of my name and lovely words like 'inspirational', 'courageous' and 'Woman of the Year'. I'm chuffed to bits Xx

L. Celery soup 2 ryvitas 6 Syns melon

D. 2 Alpen light bars B milky coffee A. Melon. ( not that hungry )

Supper. Crumpet 6 Syns 2 clementines.

A milk A milk B. Toast B 2 Alpen bars
15 Syns
Water, NAS lemonade green tea.
