Quick post: went to WI and lost a pound. I know I should be pleased but I'm still above target (though still in range) and I want to do better.
It's a WHOLE WEEK since I had my fish supper and cake.
Oh well, just have to do a beanie. Keep Plodding! (I'm saying it exactly like Brucie on Strictly:D).

greentiger~~You will get down into next stone.
Positive vibes your way.
(As will I!!)
Love this, beanie! It sounds like you are hypnotising me ...... "Look into my eyes ....." I hope it works.
Top Girl - great motivational comment. I will try my best.
Anyhow, here's my menu for today. Still trying to use up remnants of food - I seem to have tons in fridge and freezer and I've been wasting too much - 'cos my purse needs a wee rest. At the moment SW approach is a framework for me. This will ensure I don't abandon it altogether.
Breakfast: porridge made with water and salt as usual; a splash of milk, banana
Lunch: minestrone mug shot, white hotdog roll left from grandweans' visit yesterday with full fat cheddar and HM red pepper chutney
Dinner: SW Philadelphia fish pie (made with 2 thirds light Philly and 1 third roule with chilli}, cabbage, fresh pineapple
Snacks: choc dig, HM coffee bun with scrape of butterSewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Agree greentiger ~ for me it is an ever always battle between saving pennies & following SW.

Evening all
Got severe DOMS this evening(delayed onset muscle soreness) have been smashing it at the gym yesterday and today. Feel a bit flat.. Missing all the yummy food I've had this last week! Day off tomorrow as OH and I are off to Norwich for the day but hoping for plenty of walking for the Body Magic then back to the gym Friday, hopefully Saturday but I have a match Saturday evening.. And also gym on Sunday. Clothes are feeling tight so I have to pull back a bit. Still under target and quite a bit below what I was when I bought said clothes but can't be doing with tight clothes! Have had to dig out autumn hoodies, jumpers and joggers today.. have put away the cropped trousers and little t-shirts as it's too cold for them
however have managed to cobble together a few outfits suitable for work if my work trial ever gets sorted!!
Today's menu:
B: fresh strawberries, Mullerlight, Frappucino with HEXA
L: Mushy pea curry (0.5 syn for 1/4 tin curried beans) uncle Ben's Mexican rice with lime (2.5 syns) Apple, pint of NAS cordial
Snack: 2 bananas, water
T: Quorn cottage pie (8 syns) big mixed salad. Fresh cherries. NAS cordial
S: Sausage sandwich (made with HEXB Ryvita) 3 Linda McCartney Italian Sausages (1.5 syns)
Syns: 12.5
Body Magic: 1.5 hours cardio in the gym
Hope everyones ok x*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
