Hello
,can I join?
I started Slimming World in March 2011,lost 2 stone to reach target weight in June 2012 (had also lost 1/2 stone by myself before joining,so 2.5 stone lost in total.)
I have continued to go to group each week, until a few months ago, when we had a personal/family crisis, which is still being sorted out now.In this time,I stopped going to group, and gained 11.5 lb .
We have just come back from our family holiday,I decided I had run out of excuses, and it was time to get back on track. So tonight I went back to group and faced the scales.
So here I am.I need to lose 10.5lb to get back into target, but will be aiming to get back to just under target,so about 13 lb to lose. Will you help me?SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

Annie reporting a loss of 2lbs this week. Thanks for being our chart 'sorter-outer' and thanks to Shala for taking over the reins.
Had a lovely taster evening at class tonight and was nominated for WOTY. The lady who one was a worthy winner.
By the way Denise - the brownies went down a treat

I did think it might be, but as fully paid up member of a group feel I should be able to cut and paste into word program
for my own use. Might be an idea though if we know someone is not with a group to PM rather than answer on here, don't want to get our favourite site into trouble do we.Slimming World at target0 -
I have had the most fabulous Birthday ever, thank you all for good wishes and cake, Not going to post what I ate as don't wont to tempt you all into bad ways :rotfl:
Will tell you that after lunch went with DD and DGD for a mooch round charity shops and got a couple of bargains, best being a stainless steel wok for 2.50, looked online when I got back to find that new they are £40.
and then spent the evening with my oldest Grandson (19)
sharing half a bottle of brandy, well I gave him a taste anyway, how many syns in half a bottle of brandy?
Off to bed now while I can still find it. Latanna bet my hangover tomorrow is better than yours :rotfl::rotfl:Slimming World at target0 -

meg, hope you're having a lovely Birthday, are you going to tell us what you've eaten so we can all drool?!
shala, I love the potato skins & would have them every day if I couldThey're pretty quick to make (I microwave first & then put the loaded skins in the oven part of the microwave for 15 minutes). Lovely & filling
AFAIK you just start again like a new member for the £10 (approx.). I think that's cheaper for most people than paying for missed weeks. I'm not sure though as I've never asked anyone.
I've never made potato skins only had them in pubs/restaurants. How do you prepare them before microwaving?I've not been there enough time to be nominated and hope not to be at group this time next year! I know they like people to stay once they've hit target but I don't think I'll be wanting to go too regularly if at all (assuming I get to target!).
I keep going to group although I'm at target. I don't go every week, probably one in three. That's the only time I weigh (choose to have no scales at home) and it gives me continued access to the website too.Saver-upper wrote: »Hello, can I join?

Pleased to say I've been really good since my fish supper last Wednesday. Hoping for a pound or so off at WI. I'm still in target range but would like to be lower down.0 -
