Happy Birthday Meg :bdaycake: Enjoy your day :)

Welcome back to the re-joiners and welcome to the newbies....it's lovely to have so many people on board.

Beth - the crisps are regarded as tweaks and so should be synned at the higher level. They're much better for you than Walkers and the like I know, but best to make them as an occasional treat rather than a daily event for best weight loss :)

Sorry this looks like a mess. I think SW try to block cutting and pasting.

It's actually an infringement of copyright and that's probably why it doesn't cut and paste well. I have heard of sites being threatened with legal action in the past......I guess it just depends if someone with SW connections sees it :(

maman, just out of interest, how much is it to re-register with SW?? I can't really justify the money to go back & I much prefer this anonymous support group anyway :D

meg, hope you're having a lovely Birthday, are you going to tell us what you've eaten so we can all drool?!

shala, I love the potato skins & would have them every day if I could :o They're pretty quick to make (I microwave first & then put the loaded skins in the oven part of the microwave for 15 minutes). Lovely & filling :)

Soup & chilli are made but the meal-plan is still a work in progress. I'm going to try the infamous mushy pea curry (even though the thought of mushy peas & baked beans mixed together makes me cringe!!) willing to give it a try though.

    Evening all
Well here's the chart at last!
I may have messed up a bit as I'm all over the place not being at home but hey ho! I'm sure you will tell me if I'm wrong
We have lost an amazing 180.8lbs since 1st July:T:T what an achievement
Shall we try for 200lbs by the end of the challenge? ( last Saturday in August)

Just to set the record straight I've been nominated For and not won the WOTY, I might win it tomorrow night, who knows! And I need 3.5 lbs tomorrow night at weigh in to get my 5 stone award. How cool would it be to get both awards in one night? There are so many other deserving ladies who have been nominated so I'm not expect got win, just being nominated is lovely.

As a teacher September and October are busy for me and I have a new position to deal with as well so I was hoping to pass on the chart for our next challenge ( if we have one) to someone else please.
Giving 2 weeks notice so all you lovely people can think about it.

Let me know if chart needs adjusting
    Happy Monday xxxx

Forgot to eat breakfast today, oops! Lunch was a wholemeal roll and a load of carrot, tomato, mushroom & cucumber as a salad. Eaten a couple of alpen lights and an apple and just polished off a bag of skips (4 syns).

Jacket potatoes in the oven for dinner.

Happy Birthday Meg, I'm sure you're off enjoying yourself by now!

Congrats to those nominated for WOTY, good luck for your night. We did ours at group last week because one of the nominees said she would be away - she won too! I've not been there enough time to be nominated and hope not to be at group this time next year! I know they like people to stay once they've hit target but I don't think I'll be wanting to go too regularly if at all (assuming I get to target!).

Thanks for the chart Annie, we've lost a load of weight between us and still a couple of weeks to go.

Annie, i'm happy to take the baton back at the end of August if you want - it'll keep me coming back so I can stick at the plan..

Do you finish the current challenge on the 30th then?
