:hello: Another returner here
My day today;
B. Greek yoghurt, tsp lemon curd and a banana
L. Ham & Philly sandwich (Hexwith beetroot and gherkins
D. LO Medley of cold roast pork and stuffing, SW roasties, beetroot, gherkins, pickled onion and coleslaw
S. Apple and Satsuma
Syns: 11.5 - yoghurt, lemon curd, Philly, stuffing, mayo in coleslaw and of all things I ate in a regrettable moment of binge eating madness because they were there - a random packet of Special K cereal (straight out of the box with no milk or anything). Honestly, of all the things I might have chosen for a momentary binge; it had to be NothingSpecial bloomin K. :rotfl:Mortgage
Start January 2017: $268,012

Not the best way of going about it but great that you haven't gained over a holiday.:)0 -
Hello everyone
I had a lovely weekend which meant slipping off the wagon.
Saturday I had a lush chicken burger with some chips and onion rings and then a fabulous sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel ice cream. Glass of wine. I regret nothing!
Sunday was better although I had a slice of white toast with thick butter with my otherwise healthy breakfast - lush!
Today's menu:
B - Fruit and Fruitopolis
Snack - Croissant
L - Trout fillets with salad and some caesar dressing. Slice of wholemeal bread (no butter)
D - Sticky sesame chicken with stir fried veg (about 3 Syns per portion)
Syns will be around 15 today. Fully back on the wagon tomorrow.
Weigh in tonight. Fingers crossed!
Oh and I am making peanut butter and raspberry brownies this afternoon so will have to try one!0 -

Well the syn free lemond curd is nice, very nice, maybe a little sweet but will try again with less sweetner. Trouble is I now want toast and I already had a ham roll for lunch. Thinking maybe to have some on apple slices. Mind if I don't stop sampling it there wont be any left to put on anything,
If you've not tried it before, buy some 0% Total yoghurt and stir some of your lemon curd into it.....its delicious and you could add a crumbled meringue nest for about 3 syns
Lantanna - I bet you've got my inch, I've lost one over the last year or so which makes me have to go further than before to get into the middle of the normal BMI range
Well done on the WOTY winI let my mind wander and it never came back!0
