We've been told to try to keep bananas to a minimum as they're the most 'stodgy' of the fruits. Shame as they're so easy to eat.:( Obviously the best ones are things like melon, pineapple, strawberries etc as they're SS too. Personally I try to have most of my SFs as veg to avoid
I think it varies re bananas, my consultant says it's a load of rubbish that they affect your weight loss as she ate three or four a day when she was on her journey and they didn't affect her in the slightest! I eat a lot of them as I do a cardio heavy workout in the gym and I have them for protein when I've done my workout. Hasn't really affected me either.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -

Sorry Mrs R but I am with Maman on this and know from experience that I wouldn't lose weight if I ate 3 or 4 a day.
Banana Large weighed with skin1702390.51624 x 170cals is 680 calories.
Consultants vary and I have found from my time on here don't always give the best advice, however well intentioned.
As much as I love slimming world menus it still does come down to input of energy (calories) and there are much better sources for protein than bananas.Slimming World at target0 -
I guess it varies then. Some people will lose weight differently to others. I have to eat straight after I come out the gym so what other sources of protein should I be looking at- bear in mind it has to be something I can eat on the go.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200

Maman I am sure you are right SW don't seem to want us to do this. I pasted this list into a word programme ages ago and then copied and pasted here.
When I try cut and paste it wont appear right in the word programme.

Slimwriter you are more than welcome. I have received so much help and support from this thread that I just love it if I am able to give something backSlimming World at target0

I wonder if you will have me back again please. I have been here before, tried and given up because of circumstances beyond my control. Now I feel I should keep at it and post on here more for support. I have batch cooked so I have suitable meals if I have another time when I can't cook. Mr P and DS2 are great cooks but won't cook what I want and are extremely generous with their portions.
I got to my heaviest two months ago and have lost 9lbs since then but have started to stray again this weekend.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

I would suggest boiling a couple of eggs before you go, a pack of ham in the fridge, a pack of seafood, Morrisons have this fabulous
ready mix of muscles, prawns and squid for only 2.49 and is easily enough for two portionsSlimming World at target0
