    Back off 2nd hols don't even want to think about the gain tomorrow :/

    Woty is in my group tomorrow n I can't stay so it won't be me :)
    Everyone in my group who's lost 1.5stone is eligible to be crowned I think

    Anyhooooo ill be back tomorrow no doubt fuming about my gain
    Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

    I didn't think bananas counted as SF?

    I blew it last night, my brother had a bbq and I gave in and had potato wedges, burger in a roll, chocolate cake and satay chicken with peanut sauce. The scales will hate me on Monday lol.

    Hi Mildred nice to see u back. I think a holiday gain is so worth it and usually the quickest to come off, chin up.

    Bananas are free but not SF.

    Just joined SW recently, I have my book here with me in work today & bananas defo appear in the superfree section of the book.

    It just shows that it isnt superspeed.

    We've been told to try to keep bananas to a minimum as they're the most 'stodgy' of the fruits. Shame as they're so easy to eat.:( Obviously the best ones are things like melon, pineapple, strawberries etc as they're SS too. Personally I try to have most of my SFs as veg to avoid the sugar.


    I've had a SW breakfast (boiled eggs and HEB toast) and planning a beef casserole for this evening. In between I'm not sure but really trying hard to stick to plan.

    Happy Sunday everyone! Major congrats on the lovely losses posted x

    Hubby is in the kitchen cooking a SW 'fried' breakfast. Very much looking forward to it - quorn sausage, beans, eggs, mushrooms & saute potatoes. All to go with a huge cup of tea!

    Veg pasta for tea.

    As I'm recovering from illness I'm just trying to eat free and low syn foods and not worry about sf ATM. Breakfast was 2 Alpen lights. Lunch was jacket and beans with a pinch of cheese on top and some sandwich chicken. Tea I think might be diet coke quorn out the freezer with rice and veg or salad depending on what I fancy when I'm doing it.

  • I love alpen light bars. Forgot to lift them this morning for my breakfast.
