Well the syn free lemond curd is nice, very nice, maybe a little sweet but will try again with less sweetner. Trouble is I now want toast and I already had a ham roll for lunch. Thinking maybe to have some on apple slices. Mind if I don't stop sampling it there wont be any left to put on anything,

Ohh I might have to make this meg.. Got loads of lemons and eggs to use after baking someone a cake earlier.. :Dthanks!

Hi All, am REALLY tired today. Had a really bad night, temperature and burning tummy. Finally dozed off and hubbys phone decided to update apps by flashing the light and dinging. Had to be up early as well. Ready for my bed now :(

Had my hair cut and all hubby said was "could you get your hair cut any shorter?" Peed me off a bit but then im grumpy from lack of sleep.

Not sure what caused the tummy issues so food has been 'safer' ie food i know is ok.

    Food today;
    B - rice porridge, honey [2], coffee
    S - choc SAJ [2]
    L - Mushy pea curry & pasta
T - 2 sml jacket spuds, beans, cheese, roasted toms, tom sauce [1]
    HEA - milk/cheese
    HEB - rice porridge x2
    Syns - 5
Might have another SAJ if im peckish later

well done to all the losers and big hugs to those in need. Well done to woman of the year nominees :A and good luck, you have our votes :A:T:T
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Its well worth a go Shala, also have your tried the lemon cous=cous cake, its lovely and only 1 syn for the whole cake. I made it in a square muffin tin and cut it into 4, big pieces, spread some lemon curd on and topped with blueberries, I have eaten two and saved two for breakfast.

Thanks for the huggie beanie, when you say an mse friend arranged a home delivery for you, are you not well enough at the moment to go out shopping? or has the horrible weather kept you in?

Not sure quite how this happened; am still in shock but not complaining that I have lost 2 pounds this week.

That makes me over my target for this particular summer challenge but will keep going as I would ultimately like to see another five come off. :j

    Todays Plan is roughly:

    B. Porridge & Maple Syrup
    L ?
D Steak, SW Chips, Mushrooms, Tomatoes and Onion
    Mortgage
    Start January 2017: $268,012
    Latest balance $266,734
    Reduction: $1,278.45
