I bought strawberry, and raspberry and cranberry flavours.
Much obliged.
Difficult to find on line but the strawberry seems to be 1.5 for a 180g pot so the others are probably similar. Are they multipacks?
The fat free Greek ones are free. I don't eat yogurt myself but I buy DH the plain fat free and he adds fruit to it.0 -

Sorry nothing appears on HEBs or Free Foods. Flaked rice is 5 syns for 25g.0 -
OOOoooooooo I'm not sure about that cake, sorry 'roulade' oo la la
What if I don't like it? I've never eaten 'quark' before? It looks scary
I'm not sure I could cope with trying something new?? Maybe I'll buy the stuff I need and brace myself for trying it at the weekend. Are you sure it's not 'syn abuse' or whatever it's called?? I'm getting hot sweats just thinking about 'quark'!!Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

I really begrudge 'paying' syns for something that if I had unflattened it would be free. So im not counting them [stamps foot] will use as HEB cos I roll that wayand not this way :rotfl:
on the HEX link on first page, it says 35g of any gluten free cereal. The rice porridge is gluten free so I'm having it as HEB ;-)Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Yes a pack of 6, 3 of each flavour. I'll count them as 1.5 and just have them sparingly.

I don't know if anyone has ever mentioned this on here, but if I have sauces etc. I spoon them into a ramekin or onto a small plate and then just dip my fork in for each mouthful of food instead of putting on my food. It uses a lot less and you still get the taste.Start weight 13st10 (on 06/07/14) - 1st Goal 11st9 (by 14/12/14 - 23 weeks)
