Just hopping on to say a very quick hi, and reassure you the cat hasn't got me yet :T

Thanks for all the kind words re the tooth and the Tadpoles :A

The Tadpoles are still here ;) but so is the toothache :( it's been so painful over the weekend, I've actually been sick 4 times. Fed up with feeling unwell

Anyway, I hopped on the scales and I lost 6lb so that was good for week one.

Have a great week you lovely people

Thanks for the 'well done' s, but it's easy to lose a lot when you're 6 st overweight :o

I really want cake at the moment. This always happens :o Shall try to resist, but I'm thinking , 'what the hell' at the moment. I'm 6st overweight for flip sake, I might as well eat cake :(

We have another wedding August next year and I said to DH this morning 'I wonder what size I will be for that one'. And that is the million dollar question

This made me laugh as it reminds me of something I would say! Keep going and you’ll be the size that you want to be!!

I am so tired and achy today. Need to go back to bed – not happening sadly. I’ve major pmt and achy either with getting the cold or from using weights at the weekend.
Very on plan over the weekend until last night when I was invited to someones house for an Indian – had a fair bit but didn’t go overboard. Kind of annoyed as I feel rubbish today and hope that it doesn’t knock me off my stride.
I was so on it there and now I feel yuck and tired L

It might be all the MSG and sodium in the takeaway making you feel yuck..

  • Hi All

Recently was diagnosed with osteo arthritis in my foot, told there's no cure, and decided to help myself by losing the weight I know I should lose anyway. So, I've been following the SW plan for about 5 weeks, lost 11lb and am very happy with that. However, since I followed the plan in 2008 when I lost 3.1/2 stone, Extra Easy has been added and I was interested to know what was involved. Pleased to say, a quick Google search brought me here. However, because I've been doing well on the green and red days plan I'm a bit nervous about doing EE because it looks too easy and I'm concerned that I'm misinterpreting it. However, I'll give it a go this week and see what happens.

FYI - I am 5'3" and currently weigh 181lb. I am hoping to lose about 7lb per month and get down to about 163lb by Christmas.

I'll probably end up being a lurker, but rest assured I am really grateful for any hints and tips I read.
    Start weight 13st10 (on 06/07/14) - 1st Goal 11st9 (by 14/12/14 - 23 weeks)

Probably - I have been so healthy and so on it for ages. I was raging about the Indian last night. But couldn't get out of it...............Back on it today and hope I feel like a normal person tomorrow.

Evil pmt is in the mix as well and I have a spot the size of a gold ball on my chin!!

Good to see you back : )

Are you back following SW now - or just doing ur own thing??
