I've said there are occasions when if you shout you will get your way. That would be a last resort personally though. Oh and when I mean shout I don't mean like you do when your Mum says you must go to bed early. I merely mean raise ones voice to get attention.
You've tried here and failed.
And you have no clue what I mean.
My Mum never ever shouted at me ever...she didn't have to.
You don't mean shout?...you merely mean raising your voice to get attention...yes that's different..how?0 -
Getting a bit bored now. The fact is he will have registered and used software. Very are unlikely to accept the return. f they do fine. If not he'll have to issue a claim or go to FOS.
Mummy bought you 2 laptops?
Bored are you? I was not bored when you posted under an AE and you messed up posting under your 'real' id and I bailed you out.
As to my Mum,she didn't, she is dead. She passed away 18 months ago and I miss her daily but having more integrity than you I will walk and not disclose your previous AE and your PM's.0 -
You have now gone quiet for some reason Steve.0

In reply to the OP. I would suggest you email your concerns to
customerexcellence@shopdirect.com and request you can return your laptop. If they don't agree then you will need to get a letter from them stating that it is their final response. Then you have a choice to try the FOS or go direct to court, where the District Judge will give his interpretation of the law.
In the meantime if it is on Pay Later this shouldn't affect your credit record. From time to time Very will back down. I hope they do for your sake.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
For good reason Gordon. We were getting no where and helping nobody. I gave my opinion on how I believe this would act out and you gave yours. In between you starting nit picking and it gets personal. So it's best we leave it as that.
I'm no expert in Consumer Law like none of us are but I've spent many many occasions fighting above my waist and haven't lost a case yet - thank god. Oh except one which I won on appeal. That was when I was one of the first challenging bank charges and unenforceable agreements.
You are nothing, you are wrong in this and your cheap shot about my Mum is just totally wrong on every level. But hey you struggle with saying so.0 -
