Not scheduled you mean? I.e. not really been assessed/instructed?

Does anyone's online profile say anything? Mine is still blank, last update 1st July when I paid my fees.

I had a further text message the day after saying the valuation appointment has been booked. I called my estate agents after this and they had heard nothing.
  • Apparently our application should be with the underwriters in two days, I don't know how long it takes after that point but fingers crossed!

How do you know the valuation occurred last tuesday? You've had something from them? or heard via estate agent or something?

I had a text saying the valuation had been instructed, followed by contact from the valuer themselves.

What date was your application submitted, I'm getting increasly worried the amount of time it's taken. Don't think we're going to meet the deadline date of when the vendor wants to move.

They received our full application with documents on the 7th. The valuation/survey fee was taken on the same day. We're a bit anxious too as we need, if at all possible, to be in the property by September and we go away on Thursday for two weeks but no-one seems to be at all concerned by the timescale.

    When was yours submitted?

Mine was submitted by the broker on the 4th docs and everything given to broker, post office system confirm accepted and a credit check was done the same day 10th valuation paid that day too, but still nothing vendors are wanting to move on 28th August not holding out much hope now. And they haven't even requested any documents as yet.

Our application was accepted and credit check passed on the 30th June. We haven't had any documents requested either, we submitted the ones our broker thought we would need (based on them calling the PO to discuss).

Finger crossed things start moving then. Here's hoping.

We submitted our full app on the 23rd and paid our homebuyer fee at the same time.

Had the valuation done on the 8th, having already supplied my wage slips and usual required info.
Contacted them today and its still waiting to be assessed.
