We got told our mortgage was accepted then paid the valuation, so does this sound like the same ?

Hi Dynite, how long after did the 'Valuation instructed' text follow the 'Application Accessed' message?

Does anyone's online profile say anything? Mine is still blank, last update 1st July when I paid my fees.

We had the valuation done last Tuesday (08/07/14) - PO Website login just shows our application still as "App Received"

I know they have around a 7 day backlog at the moment, so we're just hoping we'll get something Today/Tomorrow/Wednesday.

Becoming an increasingly anxious wait.

How do you know the valuation occurred last tuesday? You've had something from them? or heard via estate agent or something?
